It was so bad and driving me crazy. This job was too small for others I contacted or they couldn't get to it for weeks. I called Homesource and Mark set up an appointment in just a few days. So affordable too. Mark replaced the hinges which helped immensely. That was the first of a two-part great job. After he left the door jamb started making cracking (?) sounds when opened and closed. I contacted Mark again and he and Nick showed up and fixed the issue for good. They were so responsive, professional, and timely...no waiting for 6 weeks, etc. Friendly, honest, customer-oriented service for sure. I highly recommend them. Ezra's crew dropped trees, ran a straight, tight fence through incredibly difficult terrain (there's a reason they call Orcas "The Rock), and installed a beautifully crafted gate to the entrance. His prices were not "cheap," but more than fair considering the quality and the quanity of work (8 acres!!). We recently had a very poor experience with a dodgy contractor on the island who rebuilt our deck. Had we thought to hire Ezra, the project would have been done on time and on budget.

I got the paperwork done quickly, the go-ahead from the DOE and thought we were on track to begin the project. I was more than patient and understanding about the fact he had other wells to drill before he got to mine. I understand "island time" very well at this point. I was promised the "worst-case scenario" would be May 1. Fast forward SEVEN MONTHS and still nothing, but that's not the worst thing about dealing with this guy. He does not communicate with customers. You call, text, email, leave countless voicemails, smoke signals and NOTHING...NO response. Finally gave up being treated like he didn't value me as a customer, pulled the plug and walked away. And I'm not the only one he treated like this. There was another person on the island he was supposed to drill for after mine and he responded to them in the same way...crickets! And we're not talking about a low-budget project...there was considerable money on the table in this deal! You would think a smart business person would put forth a slightly better effort to earn the business. I mean how tough is it to send a text message? Do yourself a favor, select a different well drilling company and save yourself the headaches I experienced with M Sawyer Drilling & Pump Service. Consider yourself warned...stay away! I just wish someone had done the same for me.
