Yep I kept tract.Then I wanted continuous hot water so they put in a combination boiler /hot water heater that lasts another 20 years (3 years ago) and it has worked great. Altho it cost more than I had paid in the past I don't have to keep switching out water heaters every 6 years. I think they do quality work at a reasonable price. Never upsell. Always on time. If they break a part they replace it free. They use good parts. They have an annual service which gives you 10% off for the year if you have the annual service. The best heating repair. They put in furnace and AC for my neighbor and found her a great discount. I had discounts on my boiler yet I got quality equipment. This last year they replaced a motor piece in my 20 year old gas insert fireplace. Great Work, Good prices, helpful staff. Ethical.

We had drainage issues that turned a parking area into a sloppy, muddy mess and unfortunately downspout drainage also made its way into a basement bedroom. On top of that a wind storm took down two trees on the property which made a huge mess. I reached out to 4 companies to try to kick off some bids and Brad was the first person to respond. I ended up only hearing back from one of the other companies a week after Brad started his work. I found Brad's integrity and timeliness extraordinarily refreshing. He was very forthcoming with feedback and ideas to solve our issues and very transparent with his workload and schedule. Our project certainly wasn't going to be a portfolio piece, but that didn't deter his enthusiasm in doing the job right. After consulting with him on our various issues he quoted to clear all the fallen trees, divert four downspouts away from the house through buried heavy-duty pipe, contained a small bamboo grove, covered a side yard with organic topcoat, graded our driveway and topcoated it with gravel. He worked through inclement weather and came up with great solutions to our slew of problems which resulted in a very successful project that has withstood the continuing wet season in stride. I originally called Clean Air to check out an old scary pellet stove in a house I just purchased…read more They came out and did an inspection, free of charge, and then reasonably said "we can't fix this" (it was super old and rusty and definitely not going to be safe) - and so we discussed options. The guy worked through some different heating options with me, since I wanted to replace the old baseboard heaters. After we settled on a mini split heat pump, he stayed and took some measurements and we came up with a quote on the spot, considering the different pump sizes, brands, and layouts. They then worked with me to get the financing to make it possible. The installation for 2 outdoor units and 3 heads was done in a single day, and then another day for the electrical work to hook up. The crew was very nice and respectful of my space. Unfortunately some control wires got crossed during the installation (so the coolant was going to the wrong unit) and it took me a while to diagnose why the temps were so weird between the two units upstairs. But once I called and asked about it, they came right out and fixed the issue and it's been working great ever since!

This sidewalk connects two sections of a heavily-used recreational trail, but because it was parked on the sidewalk, people had to walk into the street to get around it. Lots of elders in this neighborhood use that sidewalk for their exercise. There isn't a sidewalk on the other side of the street that people can use instead. I contacted the company via FB to let them know, but got no response. I'd waited an hour before posting here hoping that my FB message would prompt them to move it. Didn't happen. It was parked there for at least an hour before I went to FB. I know who I WON'T be calling for HVAC services. Rude, y'all.

Also gave excellent guidance on coordinating an electrician for the wiring for our new electric water heater. The scheduling was very prompt. Two plumbers came the next day after the electrician did the wiring. I felt that the cost of the new water heater and installation was very reasonable. My only dissatisfaction was that one of the plumbers was not diligent about proper COVID-19 precautions and often did not wear a mask inside our home. Our water heater is located inside our house. This plumber also used our bathroom without first asking and did not wear his mask. I had to directly request that he kept his mask on. I wanted to let the manager know about this lack of CoVid precautions and left several messages to discuss this, instead of leaving a less than sterling review on Yelp. But he never got back to me.

He realized the pumps were not only broken but they were the wrong pumps.
