Came on weekday afternoon. Place wasn't crowded when we arrived. The place was located inside the mall. Plenty of mall parking. Place appeared clean. Waitress was friendly. Got the Wells drink, Pineapple, Cranberry Whiskey, for $5 during Wednesdays or $4 during Happy Hour (Sundays through Wednesdays from 6pm to 9pm). The Pineapple, Cranberry Whiskey was very descent for the price and strong. Got another Wells Drink, Cranberry Vodka, for $4 during Happy Hour. The vodka was very powering, but we didn't mind. Also got the 6 pieces Bone In Wings with Fries for $11 on Wednesdays. We chose the Buffalo and Honey Garlic sauces. The Buffalo sauce was better than then Honey Garlic sauce. Would not get again since the wings were flavorless. The fries were hot and crispy, but too salty. Also got the Nachos Supreme for $7 during Happy Hour. We added beef to the nachos for another $3. The nachos were very filling and delicious. It again was on the salty side, but paired well with our drinks. Every day of the week they have a special going on. Would return for their Happy Hours, which were Sundays through Wednesdays from 6pm to 9pm. Their drinks were strong. Would return to try their other Happy Hour drinks. Would get their Nachos Supreme with beef again during their Happy Hour for $7 + $3. Unfortunately, the nachos took over half an hour to get to our table from the time we ordered it. Bartender lady and management are very sensitive and unfair. I was ordering my drink and the lady bartender gave me the wrong mixture. But this was not the issue. When I asked her to correct it, i couldn't hear her for 2 reasons; the music was really loud and I have hearing problems in my left ear, so I had to talk louder and she thought I was mad at her (which I wasn't) and she complained to her manager. So she told security to kicke me out from the place for ever without asking me for an explanation and listen to my version of the facts. I'm considering to submit a formal complaint to the civil courts and submit a lawsuit for senior abuse. Management and peaple that run a business should be more professional and listen to the client as well before getting a dramatic conclusion of the facts. I believe the name of the bar manager is Vicky, so be careful not to talk loud to her bartenders guys, they get offended very easily. read more

I came here for drinks the other night with a couple of my girlfriends for the first time. I was very surprised at the size of their drinks, which explains why everyone was pretty happy shortly upon arrival. Everyone in there was getting drunk fast and they were being really loud. Even the security guard was making faces at certain tables... They literally gave me a cocktail in a fishbowl. I told the bartender that most cocktails are served in 8 ounce glasses or smaller. My drink was slightly strong, but honestly, the flavor wasn't great and all the ice in it watered it down. It took me about 90 minutes to finish it because it was so large and I wanted to pace myself. I was really disappointed in the food. It had absolutely no flavor. Busy, seat yourself, fast pace modern music. We are here for a birthday. They allowed a reservation for space in a back room. Super nice. Seated us right away. The hostess offered us space in the fridge for our cake. Very nice!! Lots of variety on the menu. They could use a good wipe down, though. Our server is super friendly. High energy!! I really like him. Kyle is his name. Rock star. The staff has been great at taking care of us. This 0lace is pretty popular with a high energy steady flow. Food has all been really good. Jalapeño poppers crisp with good spice. Fried pickles .. meh kinda greasy. Crinkle cut fries are crisp and tasty. Good drinks! Full bar! Chili cheese nachos are good. Fresh made chips. Fish and chips was just ok for some and great for others. Pizza was good. Thick crust. Kinda reminds me of school pizza. The pepperoni pizza was ok. The BBQ was good. Finally this place is open. My SO and I have been waiting for it. It is one of the newly opened places at the Antelope Valley mall. Plenty of tables inside as well as outside. There are like 5 - 6 TVs on the wall playing games and others. A good place to watch game nights. They open as early as 11am and closes late like 2 in the morning. After watching a movie, we stopped by to try their $2 Taco Tuesday. I ordered one of each : grilled chicken, carne asada and ground beef. It was okay for the price, the fillings and the portion. But the meat was dry though. My SO agrees with me. One thing I didn't like is the taco shell, they tried to make it crunchy but ended up making it like a stale tortilla. It slowed me down in chugging them. They don't have a Happy Hour menu but do have everyday specials though. This is their 3rd location opened in the Antelope Valley. If you're around Quartz Hill or Lancaster Blvd - check their place out. Service crew is bubbly and friendly. I will definitely come back and try the other specials. This restraint sucks service is horrible, happy hour starts at nine pm, I got there ordered a beer and the bartender didn't even give me a menu or anything and ignored me the whole time I was there another couple came up. My second time to Palmdale and my second time at this establishment. As long as I keep going to Palmdale I will continue to frequent this Bar and grill for 2 reasons, The food and the employees. Me and my coworkers went here the other night for another coworker's last day. The service was absolutely terrible. The server wasn't writing anything down and kept forgetting orders (3 times personally) and everyone else in our group. It took so long to get our orders, I almost forgot I made one smh. Was craving a burger and a beer in Palmdale (went with my wife). Sharp, shrill over- cranked pop music assaulted our ears from some badly balanced digital player. Wife wasn't drinking, so she had a coke. Waitress was cheerful. Burger meat was thick, re-warmed, hard and tasteless. Crinkle Fries were limp, lukewarm. Wanted a lager on draft. Nope. Offered an ale. Chose a bottled Dis Equis lager for $6 (not my first, or even my fifth choice). Fun night any day of the week, on Friday Saturday Sunday turns into low key night club. Bathrooms could use a little work but overall service is friendly and welcoming. Draws in a pretty cool crowd. We came early on a Sunday and they weren't too busy. The bartender was also working the dining room, and she did a great job remaining attentive to tables while also handling the bar. The food was excellent. My wife and I got different burgers, and both were cooked perfectly and delicious. She got wedges and I got regular fries, and again both were excellent. Especially considering the price, everything was great. The food came out fast and was fresh and hot. The only thing that might be an issue for some is that the burger and fries were slightly on the salty side. I loved it, but I could see it maybe being an issue if you don't like salt. The music was a little on the loud side, but it's a sports bar primarily so that wasn't unexpected and was fine. Just want to say again that the food was delicious and I will 100% be back again soon, and will recommend this place to my friends and family. read more

Everything is great EXCEPT they keep opening the patio door to try to clear out the smoke from the kitchen. Apparently the kitchen vent hood has broken and neither the owner or mall want to pay to fix it. So bring your blankets and parkas because when they open the patio door it is cold AF!!! Makes the whole experience unenjoyable. My wife, who is always cold, did not enjoy our time there. It is freezing when they open that door!!!! Beer amazing, drinks amazing, service ehh, I know it was a Monday night but they only had one bartender/waiter and not complaining about the wait time but because it's not fair for him to be alone on a semi busy night. The food was good despite the kitchen door being wide open and me witnessing the cook on his phone and preparing my plate without gloves. As a kitchen chef myself it's disappointing and gross. He prepared my burger with bare hands and it made me so uncomfortable because if you've worked in a kitchen serving to the public there is no reason to work without gloves. read more

Last Week on October 22,2024 I ordered lunch for me and my coworkers from the Quartzhill location off of 50th west. We had to order from this location because the AV mall location's gas was not working. My mother went to pick up the food, my mother stated that the woman working there (did not get her name) was very welcoming and had excellent customer service! When we received the food it was amazing!:-) Myself and 2 other coworkers ordered burgers and my mother ordered tacos and all of the food was amazing. Fast forward to yesterday October 29,2024, we decided we wanted lunch from the same place. We decided to order from the AV mall location since it was closer for us. This time we did not call ahead we decided to go inside and order to go. We saw the "$2 Taco's Tuesday Special" so we explained to her we would like 4 orders of 3 tacos in each box. She stated that the taco special was for dine in only and that it was only 1 taco per person, which we thought was odd. So, we decided to go ahead and order the 3 taco plate which is $8.99 before tax. Our total came up to over $40.00. We decided to not argue with the waitress and pay for the order since we were on lunch. When we received the tacos, it did not appear to look anywhere near the ones we received in Quartzhill, but as we were in a rush we just decided to rush back to work and try them out. They did not look terrible they did look appealing, but they had NO FLAVOR what so ever. The tacos were cold, and the tortilla shell was very cold. I ended up not finishing after the 1st one. We noticed that once we complained about the price of the tacos they closed the kitchen "door" and didn't really acknowledge us. Once our food was ready, the "chef" brought out the food and he was very kind. There was about 4-5 workers, most just gossiping very loud over the music and didn't really care much. I've been coming here for months and always have a great relationship with everyone including all bartenders & managers. Today my normal bartender was not there and I was treated like CRAP. I want the managers to run the cameras back when they read this review and I will be talking to Meagan tomorrow or the manager on staff who I love & Vice versa. The treatment was unacceptable, the bartender who was not the normal bartender kept storming away from me, she was overwhelmed. I have my first date there when she was serving and she was overwhelmed with five tables so my date (so we went to the bar where we dealt with Meagan whoI already had a great experience with) I can't imagine how she was overwhelmed with the whole bar tonight. The humiliation and embarrassment went through based on her discrimination and comforting away from me and I was the only woman there by herself was acceptable! I will be filing a discrimination lawsuit if this is not dealt with immediately. I do not accept nor deal with this kind of treatment. I expect a call from corporate tomorrow. I'ma blank woman who owns her own business, treats people with love & respect EVERYWHERE I GO! Hence the whole staff loving me except this obviously troubled individual. I told her that, based on the fact that I was the only black female in there that I felt this was racially motivated, and she had the audacity to tell me " My kids are black" is she serious? My kids are mixed. None of my kids would EVER treat anyone like that nor tolerate that kind of treatment from either race! Nor would I treat either race that way. She has met her match and so has this restaurant by letting her serve here tonight. I went to ask the Chef who normally is the manager for help but it was a different chef than usual & she RAN over & stopped me because she knew I was going to ask for help which I know nobody can get from the chef because both of the chefs which managed there are my very good friends. This was a different chef so she ran and stopped me saying you can't go back there, which I wasn't going back there I was standing at the door talking to the chef and as I was asking him to get me a manager act as manager she's like I'm gonna have to ask you to leave. I want both managers who are normally on site and know me to look at this review and I will call you tomorrow and we will just get this resolved however I am going to file legal complaint on the discrimination & targeting part of it so I'm advise you to deal with this employee right away because it's on camera and it's obvious . Normally, I am all here for happy hours and have brought tons of friends there, but tonight was the night that we have to all learn a lesson about how to treat people and I want the cameras ran back and I will be filing the discrimination report tomorrow so that the police can come and run the cameras back as well. someone better call me tomorrow! As I was leaving the restaurant the whole restaurant which was non-black started saying spread love and I said I asked her so many times and told her I love her so many times and she kept walking away from me acting like something was wrong. When I walked out after her defaming my character to every customer, saying I was bothering her which was I Bald faced LIE, they all (including her) started clapping as I walked out. This bartender/server acting like a bartender was obviously drunk and or on drugs for her to lash out on me with the crowd full of people that I'm sure she was stressed out about. I kept giving her love and saying, how can I help you I'm not trying to attack you and she just kept storming out and fake crying and walking away from me. Drug test this woman immediately and get her off the staff! Otherwise, I will make sure me or none of my friends ever frequent this place again. I can duck myself with class and respect everywhere I go and every single staff member there will tell you the same this is the first and last time I experience this and this establishment. read more

I love Amanda and Juan they are the best Bartenders. However, they are often short staffed with one bartender for the entire place. I'm a regular there and I just left. There's literally 50 people in there with one Bar Tender. i'm pretty sure the owner can look at the Ticket sells and realize the volume of patrons. Today, some people even walked in and walked out once they saw how full it was, and that it was only one bartender. In addition, not only one bartender, but one person to serve drinks and take orders and deliver orders to the table, it is beyond ridiculous. I hope the owner gets it together as football season is underway and if the service level doesn't improve, I won't be coming back. One person can only do so much and I don't like to see the workers stretch that thin as they're really trying to satisfy everyone and they simply cannot and it's not fair to them and it's not fair to the customers do better and please do better quickly signed Loyal tired customer. read more

For context we came on a Friday evening. It took us about 20 minutes to even be addressed after being seated, which I physically had to get up and ask for an ETA on our server. Food came out fairly quick, during our meal I asked a food runner for a quick refill and was told she'd let my waiter know, which took about 10 minutes. You could go to any other brewpub and be in and out within 40-50 mins. Seems to be either severely understaffed, or just very little effort from servers. TL;DR: Open seating, which is cool. I love this spot! All the cooks and bartenders are absolutely amazing. If you want to be served by a staff that really cares about you then this is the place to go. The food is great and the drinks are on point. All of the bartenders and cooks already know what my wife and I like to drink and eat and they always treat us with respect and are more attentive than any other sports bar I have been to in a while. This is definitely the new spot to grab a few drinks and watch a game. I feel like all the restaurants around the mall are played out, but happy hour gives us a new option. It's open seating but severs are available. There was a little bit of a wait for food & drinks but I strongly believe our server was doing an amazing job staying on top of everything. During the first hour and a half we were there he was the only one working. The bar was PACKED and he was the only one putting in drinks, grabbing refills, ordering food, serving food, clearing tables, and delivering the bills. He still managed to be attentive and upbeat. We ordered a few different things to try and for the most part we LOVED everything, except the overly salty carne asada fries. Otherwise we enjoyed our meals. I also thought the electric jukebox added to the ambiance. I could definitely see this bar being extremely busy during summer. 10/10 read more
