Had the fish and chips, just ok nothing to write home about the mixed drinks were decent, waitress and bartender were very attentive. The music was way to loud, started getting a headache. The bar crowd and dining crowd were very loud but what can you expect" It is called "Happy Hour"... Probably won't be returning due to the loudness of the place as a whole...

I came here for drinks the other night with a couple of my girlfriends for the first time. I was very surprised at the size of their drinks, which explains why everyone was pretty happy shortly upon arrival. Everyone in there was getting drunk fast and they were being really loud. Even the security guard was making faces at certain tables... They literally gave me a cocktail in a fishbowl. I told the bartender that most cocktails are served in 8 ounce glasses or smaller. My drink was slightly strong, but honestly, the flavor wasn't great and all the ice in it watered it down. It took me about 90 minutes to finish it because it was so large and I wanted to pace myself. I was really disappointed in the food. It had absolutely no flavor. To make matters worse, as my friends and I were leaving, we looked into the kitchen as there was a little window on the back door, and the man inside wasn't wearing any gloves! Not cool.

Busy, seat yourself, fast pace modern music. We are here for a birthday. They allowed a reservation for space in a back room. Super nice. Seated us right away. The hostess offered us space in the fridge for our cake. Very nice!! Lots of variety on the menu. They could use a good wipe down, though. Our server is super friendly. High energy!! I really like him. Kyle is his name. Rock star. The staff has been great at taking care of us. This 0lace is pretty popular with a high energy steady flow. Food has all been really good. Jalapeño poppers crisp with good spice. Fried pickles .. meh kinda greasy. Crinkle cut fries are crisp and tasty. Good drinks! Full bar! Chili cheese nachos are good. Fresh made chips. Fish and chips was just ok for some and great for others. Pizza was good. Thick crust. Kinda reminds me of school pizza. The pepperoni pizza was ok. The BBQ was good. I liked the crust and they have a good BBQ sauce. This place has really good ranch too!! Alwasy a plus. I will say the Cesar Salad was good, but was a bit watery and in need of more Parmasean. Everything was great, I do wish they would lower the temperature though. Very hot in the back! We had a great time. Thanks, Kyle!

This place is so yummy. Great drink selection. Sports playing (Today was the Dodgers game). I highly recommend the Something Sweet drink for those who like sweet alcoholic drinks. Our waitress was so sweet and personable! Love how it's dark and like a sports bar. A little loud inside but we love that when we are watching such an important game surrounded by fans!

Finally this place is open. My SO and I have been waiting for it. It is one of the newly opened places at the Antelope Valley mall. Plenty of tables inside as well as outside. There are like 5 - 6 TVs on the wall playing games and others. A good place to watch game nights. They open as early as 11am and closes late like 2 in the morning. After watching a movie, we stopped by to try their $2 Taco Tuesday. I ordered one of each : grilled chicken, carne asada and ground beef. It was okay for the price, the fillings and the portion. But the meat was dry though. My SO agrees with me. One thing I didn't like is the taco shell, they tried to make it crunchy but ended up making it like a stale tortilla. It slowed me down in chugging them. They don't have a Happy Hour menu but do have everyday specials though. This is their 3rd location opened in the Antelope Valley. If you're around Quartz Hill or Lancaster Blvd - check their place out. Service crew is bubbly and friendly. I will definitely come back and try the other specials. The Taco issue won't deter me.

Decided to finally check out this place out. It was a late night, so i knew it was going to have seats. We sat at the bar, and Kyle was pretty chill but really attentive. The prices for food and drinks were pretty good. The food had some good flavors2. We tried their hot wings, which i would recommend. I am going to go back here. They also played music and sports on several tv's, which is a major plus!

There was plenty of parking in this lot. The entrance is located through their patio, which can be a bit counter intuitive. We came at opening and the restaurant got really busy during our time there. Initially we were looking at the sandwiches because it was lunch time, but then we were going to a wedding that night so we decided to eat something more filling since the ceremony and speeches always delay the eating. All entrees here are served with black beans and rice or congri, and 3 fried plantains. My boyfriend had the Ropa Vieja ($28) with the congri and I had the Lechon Asado ($25) with the rice and beans. Our food came out pretty fast after we ordered. My boyfriend's Ropa Vieja is a Cuban braised beef. The congri is basically a mix of the rice and beans. This dish was super tasty and the shredded beef was so tender with the bell peppers and onions. I can really taste the red wine and tomato sauce in the base. I took a few bites but in general I preferred my dish more, and vis versa he enjoyed his dish more. My lechon asado is a roasted pork that is super super tenderrrrrr. It was so sweet with the grilled onions and it had the perfect amount of fattiness without being over bearing. SO GOOD! Love the plaintains too. I'm glad I got the rice and beans option because I would have gotten too full too quick with the congri. I barely touched my beans and only got through half of my rice. Both dishes came with this super tasty garlic butter sauce that I poured on my rice and made it even tastier. It was so good. One thing I didn't enjoy about the experience was the flies attacking us and our food. Since the door is open and connected to their outdoor space, it leaves the opportunities for flies to come in. We had to play defense with the flies the whole time. The service here is a little slow. Especially when I was trying to get back on the road I wasn't feeling too patient. I waived down multiple staff members too. Also I got hit with an undisclosed 3% surcharge for using my credit card. I only found out after I got the receipt. I would have paid in cash if I knew. *dislike* LOVE LOVE LOVE the food. Might be the best Cuban food I've ever had... and I've been to Florida where there was a lot of Cuban spots. Room for improvement with service, flies prevention, and the disclosure of the credit card fee.

The food quality is spectacular! I always get the Baracoa Cubano sandwich and it never disappoints. The ingredients are fresh and organic with each dish I've ordered. Since I have allergies to ingredients used to preserve frozen food, it's always been so hard finding a restaurant with a menu that doesn't cause me issues--and Baracoa has never compromised with their ingredients! The organic quality of their food is something you'll taste on your first bite. And finally--the service is impeccable and I have yet to see such excellent hospitality at any restaurant I've visited, even in Los Angeles! The waiters are always kind, attentive, and energetic with their behavior and service. It's very easy to tell they love the work they do and it shows in their work ethic. In addition to that, the managers are always making sure we're having an excellent night and have transformed it to a level of service we've never seen! My parents and I went a week ago and talked to Daniel the Manager about how much we missed a Piña Colada from a closed restaurant which would make it in the pineapple itself--and he said if we promised to be there in a week he's make it himself. We came on Friday, and the joy that my family felt was palpable when Daniel came out with the drinks we've wished for years now since that restaurant closed! Honestly, I've never heard of someone caring for their guests so much to do that--truly everyone should visit this establishment and experience true fine dining. I don't think I'll ever eat anywhere else for a special occasion ever again.

We were used to the original, original (more on this later) Coach's in Lancaster. We decided to…read morecheck out the new one in Palmdale, since it was Mother's Day and my wife had been craving their wings. It was mid-afternoon, so they were not busy at all. We waited maybe about 10 minutes before being sat at our table. Coach's reputation in the area is being a sports bar and grill. What I noticed in the main seating area was the lack of TVs to be viewed. The design of the area is really poor if one wants to watch their sports programming while enjoying a meal and/or libations. The next thing I noticed was their increase on prices. Restaurants don't generally raise their prices because they expanded their operations. They expand because they are doing well and can afford to. It seems like Coach's raised theirs to help pay for their new building. We decided to order their dozen wings, splitting them between us. I love spicy! The hotter the better. My wife on the other hand went with the mild wings. The other preference between us: I like the drums, while she likes the flats. So, six "as hot as you can make them" drums and six mild flats, extra wet on both. I mentioned to the waiter the point that a dozen wings will generally contain six of each, but I had experienced issues with them wanting to double up-charge us in the past for separating them per flavor profile, so could he please relay our request to the cooks. Easy enough for the kitchen staff to handle, right? Obviously not so much. Additionally, the waiter informed us that the only way he could get the drums and flats separated was to up-charge us $3 per request (+$6 total), otherwise the kitchen staff wouldn't understand. I guess it takes too much of an effort to tell the cooks that order "X" needs this done? Remember, they were not busy...It took approximately forty-five minutes before our wings were brought out to us, ALL PILED TOGETHER! ????!!!! Who the F would look at this order of two profiles from completely opposite ends of the heat spectrum, including the separation of drums and flats per flavor, and extra wet, and think it is a smart idea to pile them all together?! This was immediately brought to the attention of the waiter who took them back for a resolution. The second attempt did have the flavors separated, but "extra wet" was now a light drizzle and the six "flats" were a combination of drums and flats. Seriously? Over an hour of wait and two failed attempts for an order of one dozen wings. PATHETIC! We asked to speak with a manger. She came out and we explained our experience with her. Her replies were:, "Well that's how the dozen wings are normally served; you shouldn't have been up-charged for splitting the dozen wings, the waiter could have informed the kitchen staff; and, we will remove the order of wings from your ticket." No sincere apologies. No offer to comp us our two beers. NOTHING! The original, original Coach's used to have fried green beans and pretzels on their menu. These were both a huge hit, and were two items you would associate to Coach's, before new owners took over. We asked each following visit if they had been added back to the menu. We were constantly told by the wait staff that this (the green beans) had been a continuous ask by many Coach's patrons, and they had relayed this to the new owners on several occasions. We asked again today, with the unfamiliar waiter having no clue of what we were inquiring about. This tells me that the new owners have no interest in what longtime Coach's patrons would like to have back, or the people that made Coach's successful, prior to their acquisition. They are obviously all about greed and poor decisions. This will be their demise, as they are causing many customers, like ourselves, to find more deserving places to spend our money. We had not heard the best reviews, from other friends, about this new Coach's, but we unfortunately decided to give it a try. FAILURE AT IT'S FINEST!
