Need a new DSM shirt cuz you ripped your old one? Bozz Prints gots you covered. Everything there was ALL I ever wanted that screams I LOVE DES MOINES IOWA. During COVID19 review: Called ahead to see if they had what I was looking for. Talked to John and was super helpful. Came in and found exactly what I wanted. All employees were masked. All patrons were masked. Store was filled with amazing Des Moines memorabilia and souvenirs. Customer service was wonderful. Easy to locate someone for help and fast to check out. Prices were reasonable and I just happened to visit on a Christmas sale! I highly suggest a visit if you're looking for cool tshirts or gifts!

Given incorrect information, and trying to push to get me to pay for more service. Hire people who actually wants to be there and train to know the basics of computers. Back again and it's even worse, Casey is terrible in customer service. Fed ex does not care I only go because the company I'm sending to is paying for the postage.
