Absolutely terrible, unfortunately the only good worker is the assistant manager and I'm was disappointed in my service when he wasn't there. Given incorrect information, and trying to push to get me to pay for more service. Hire people who actually wants to be there and train to know the basics of computers. Back again and it's even worse, Casey is terrible in customer service. Fed ex does not care I only go because the company I'm sending to is paying for the postage. read more

Highly recommend! I needed a single print of a wedding photo and did not want to purchase my own photo paper and use my own printer ink, so I took an electronic copy of the photo to this store and gladly paid the fee for printing. The manager greeted us, and very kindly helped to crop and print the photo even though photo printing is supposed to be "self-service" at this store. I needed a box to ship off a package on eBay and had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I was greeted right away the employee was very nice. I gave my measurements and I was able to get a box that fit perfectly. I also got bubble wrap that was a good deal. They have many other services in the store as well I just didn't use any of them. Did you know there are over 70 vineyards in Iowa? That's right.... Iowa. I struck up a conversation with Kevin and Rose Boyle, owners of Covered Bridges Winery at the Valley Junction Farmers Market earlier this week. Captivated by their story, and enjoying my wine tasting, I bought 4 bottles of their home grown wine. For $13 a bottle, I couldn't resist. It never occurred to me how I was going to get this wine back to DC. While I figured that shipping the wine Fed Ex (UPS/USPS closed on Sundays!) would be slightly cheaper than checking yet another piece of luggage, I learned that unless I am a wine dealer, Fed Ex will not ship the wine. Not quite what I wanted to hear, but Robin was more than happy to find the proper packing supplies and encouraged me to save my receipt in case I found a smaller box at the local Grocery store wine shop. When all was said and done, my price per unit had escalated to $23 per bottle, courtesy of American Airline's $35 charge for the 2nd bag (sigh....). All 4 bottles made it home unscathed and ready to be shared at my next gathering of friends. read more

I wanted to send a phone to my daughter by 2nd day air, because that is the way it came to our home from Verizon. The lady at FEDEX said it would get there faster by ground, she also told me I wouldn't need the extra insurance on the $850 item. I thought she was trying to be helpful, but instead I was ripped off. All my daughter received was an empty box. After 6 weeks and many hours waiting on the phone, FEDEX finally sent my daughter $100 for the $850 theft by the FEDEX employee. The package was picked up at a FEDEX store, too, so it was never out of their hands. Definitely, not a company to be trusted! read more

Amazing service. They made 100% sure they were shipping to the right place and double checked everything, very efficient as well.

I was dreading having to make a FedEx return separate from all my ups returns. When I arrived at the FedEx location I was on a call and stood outside with a box in hand. I was waiting as I hate going into businesses on my phone because I think it's rude. An employee (wish I knew his name) came outside and asked if he could take the package in and take care of it for me. So nice. Could finish my phone call and drop off the package at the same time while being waited on! Definitely a higher level of service than ups. read more

We recently had our toddler's passport photo taken here. As many know that can be a painful process to get a toddler to stay still long enough to get the photo taken properly. Joel was very patient, gave good advice, and was very nice and attentive in helping us get our toddler's passport photo. Great experience! read more

I have had lousy service the times I've been in this store. Not long ago, I brought a list in, from the manufacturer of a device that uses USB drives. The clerk clearly saw what the listings were and then sold me the wrong one. So, I had to go back and get a refund. Tonight, I went there to get some lamination done. I waited patiently at the counter, during which time I saw and heard a male employee talking on the phone, clearly answering non-related questions. He made no gesture, no move at all, to indicate he would be with me in a moment. As well, a young woman walked by right in front of me TWICE without either waiting on me or saying someone would be with me in a moment. There was one employee working in the back who likely could have helped me, but he made no move to do so, either. The only one I would excuse is the woman who clearly was helping an in-store customer mail something. Then, when I called and spoke with the manager, her excuse was that they were busy. Well, "Duh," if you're busy like that, then hire more people. This store seems intent on having me go to the competition. So be it. read more
