Great dip manicure! Finished result was very nice and the employees were very kind and attentive.

My mother and I have been a customers for years because It is very clean and all of the tools are sterilized. All new packages are opened in front of you. Also, if you get a pedicure, there is a disposable liner in the tub. This is very important to me because I do not want to get an infection while trying to improve myself. I'm happy to pay a couple dollars extra to ensure that I don't get an infection resulting in hundreds of dollars in doctors bills. Unfortunately, most salons aren't this clean so I travel from Southwick to Ludlow for these services. Lucy, Paul and Noah do a perfect job on cuticles, filing and paint! Lucy is my favorite though. I tried this place out to get a pedicure about a year ago because it is a convenient stop on my way home from work. However I haven't and won't be coming back. About 1/4 into my pedicure, my technician said something along the lines of "you know, you could exfoliate your feet every now and then." I was mortified and couldn't enjoy the rest of my time there. Not that its any of her business, but I DO exfoliate my feet at home. Having a job where you are on your feet for most of the time can make it difficult to keep up, which is why I try to regularly treat myself to pedicures...there are other salons in the vicinity that are much more friendly that have my business now. read more

I used to live in Ludlow and came here when they first opened, so even though I moved to CT I still make the drive...until now. I made an appointment (Sat. afternoon) and arrived a few minutes early. 3 others arrived at the same time without appointments and the salon was very busy. They try to accommodate everyone which ended up making me feel like an after thought. They seated the walk-ins before me and had to keep asking me what services I wanted. There was quite some discussion amoung techs of who would do whom...which is a little uncomfortable and again, walk-ins were started before me. My pedicure was OK not as good as previous visits. My nails were unevenly filed and after 2 days the polish is chipping. That has never happened. Tech did add something to polish because it was thick...don't know if that is the problem. First time visit and it was amazing. Very clean and the environment was relaxing and pleasant. The staff was very nice and professional. I had a spa pedicure and though more expensive than most other walk in places at $55 it was WELL worth it. The technician took his time and spent an hour giving a great massage and pedicure. I went on a Thursday around 10:30 am and was alone so it was great for walks ins but around 11 it became very busy so as the word gets out appointments might be better if you are on a schedule. I will say the owner handled every walk in quickly without rushing any of the people who were currently being serviced which was impressive. At other salons as soon as they get busy you are rushed out and often loose out on massage time but not here which I hope continues. Highly recommend even though a bit more money but well worth it!!! They do except credit cards but tips must be in cash so come prepared. Will be back hopefully the service and quality will remain. Went back today and again fantastic pedi and amazing service !!! Took my 7 year old here today for the first time for a mani/pedi with her mommy. Very pleased with how we were treated, how the service was and the politeness of the staff. The shop is very clean and they use liners in the pedi spa. They spared no quality on my daughters mani/pedi and she was treated like royalty. The shop was busy and they did not seem rushed at all. I highly recommend this location for pretty hands and feet. Looking forward to going back. The cost was reasonable and the quality exceptional. One other note, I had used the Yelp app to request an appointment and get a spa menu emailed to me and they responded to me within the hour. With my new job it's really hard for me to make time to get my nails done. Today I was ready to rip my nails off since they were so overdue for a fill. I went to my normal place thinking they would squeeze me in, but they didn't so I took the chance and stopped in this new salon, by this time I only had about 45mins to spare. Not only did they take me right in, they also did an amazing job! They had me out in 45mins. They also give you a little back/neck massage while your getting your nails done. I felt so relaxed when I left. I opted for the gel as it lasts longer. There price is a bit higher than other salons but you can tell they use quality products. I would rather pay a little more for nails that last then to save a few bucks and have them chip or break right away. Not to mention the salon is super clean, modern and relaxing. I received the best customer service I have ever had at a nail salon so I am writing this review to urge others to try this place out. I get routine manicures and pedicures and stop by just to get a quick manicure. The people were extremely nice. But what made me actually write this review was all of the extra massages and services that normally come with a deluxe package and their attitude towards customer service. A hot stone massage and paraffin wax come with the manicure as did a back massage. After this random walk-in manicure I will be sure to return. I wanted to share my experience because the people were so friendly...and especially because the extraordinary service deserves to be known. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. The place is clean and soothing. Mostly male staff. That's the good part. I had a gel fill in my nails. When I first came in I was quite shocked to hear that they charge $55 for this! Holy smokes!! That's nearly double what the other studios charge. Of course, with regular polish, it was $40. Seriously? I can't imagine that I'll be back or that with these prices they will last long. read more

WAY to over priced, never again. For the money you pay at this place the service you receive isn't worth it. Yes I will say it's very clean and kept well but the prices are way to high. Went for first time using gift card that I received. Arrived 1:30 on a Tues afternoon without an app. Full up but told by greeter at desk attendant would be w me shortly & to pick color polish for my requested pedi. He then directed me to pedi seat & began the treatment & trimmed the nails. Then told me another person who be with me to finish pedi. After about 10 min wait a young woman came over. No greeting, no smile and it was evident she would like to be any where but in that salon! In trimming the side of the nails, she ripped a portion of tissue on my toe & blood dripped. No comment, no apology and not even a look at me! This was a sore area for me until the next day. Good thing I am not a diabetic! She applied one coat of polish & then top coat not the usual 2 coats plus top coat. In a rush. Was able to ask me for payment clearly! Disappeared immediately after! Very clean establishment but I definitely will never have that gal touch my feet again if I do return! read more
