My nails lifted after 2 1/2 weeks. Went back to have the color removed. She chipped the color off and cut my nails really short. Where one nail had lifted it ripped part of my natural nail off to the quick and very painful. My natural nails look horrible now! She blamed it on letting my nails grow out too long. The lifting started at the cuticles. The man who had done the dip didn't push my cuticles back before he added the dip, like I had asked him to do. She did an amazing job and even showed my how to curl my hair. My 6 year old daughter is disabled and ended up having a fit while getting her hair done due to being tired, but everyone was so sweet - brought her a lollipop, showed her dog pictures (her fave) and were able to calm her down. Every time they seem irritated and annoyed with their customers as they were leaving. I was a walk in and now I understand why they weren't busy. They are not welcoming or friendly. I got a pedicure today and asked for a simple heart design on one toe. The daughter, who is only one who can do the art designs started the design and then refused to finish the design. It's upsetting knowing that you saved up to get your nails done and then it's very unprofessional and not finished. There was an exchange of words amongst them and then she called the police saying I was refusing to pay. They didn't even finish my pedicure and my legs were still wrapped with warm towels. It was an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I will not be going back and I suggest you find another place to get a pedicure and your nails done.

There were so many bad things that went wrong but here is a list of…read more 1. The barber put something in my hair and the back of my neck burned for about 30 mins after I left 2. The barber clearly noticed my hair had knots and ran a cone through it and tugged (im 200% sure they took some hair out) 3. I asked for the hair to be at my eyebrows and they cut it about an inch above my eyebrows 4. They asked me if the cut was good and it was so I said yeah and then the proceeded to cuth the top side of my hair making my head look as round as a bowling ball 5. When I went back to school I had to wear a hat but the policy said you couldnt so I spent my whole first period arguing with the principal Thats most of it!
