I have been to helium salon now twice and have had good experiences both times. All the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is inviting and aesthetic. I've been for a hair cut which was great and I felt it was accurately priced. My hair is healthy and I feel my stylist listened to what I wanted and delivered! I've gotten a custom facial which I also thought went well. There was time for consult, esthetician asked pointed questions to determine what I was looking for and made suggestions. The environment was relaxing. A nice mix of popular music and calming music, but not stereotypical "spa music". All the items used in my face spelled nice, and weren't overwhelming. None of the items were overly essential oil smelling - which I appreciated. I have less experience with facials but I feel it was accurately priced to my knowledge. I have been going to Sierra for over 3 years now and she doesn't just do your hair, she cares, she asks questions, takes her time and helps you get to your hair goals!
