Rude staff. Didn't get my nails done, although I had made reservations (take my daughter for her 17th Bday) walked in was not greeted, 2 staff both working on other customers. Finally after waiting 20 mins asked the female employee how long it would be she said for me to ask the male staff in a rude voice myself. I'll NEVER go here again, nor refer anyone. I wish I could rate more stars. I came here last minute after getting off work because I had two broken nails that I had just gotten done at a different salon. I called and they said to come right in. I barely waited and was seated right away. My services did not take long at all and I got a fill with a color change. I actually loved the two nails she replaced MORE then the original ones. I wish I would have asked her to redo all of them. The prices are great and I will drive from Idaho to get my nails done here before I go somewhere else again. 10/10. read more

Took my little sister to her our nails done for prom. By the time we were done we both regretted our decision. Our nails are uneven and sloppy. They told me that if I get glitter with my nails that it would an extra $10. The first picture is a reference picture of what my sister wanted and then the other pictures are what she got. Andrew said he couldn't do those nails and he just free styled it not even asking what she wanted to do different. The last picture is what my nails look like. This seems to be the only nail place in this small town it took three weeks to get in for a mani pedi. Very disappointed in the service everything was half fast . Try were rude but expected to be tipped for crappy service. The pedí was decent but I was surprised when I was given a dry manicure he didn't even attempt to remove the dry skin or cuticles around my fingers . Terrible terrible terrible.. I guess when this is the only place to go you get stuck with bad service and over priced mani pedi .. In alll fairness they did have a good selection of gel polish and opi polishes read more

Happy Nails is a wonderful place to get a manicure or pedicure. My mother and I have only been there once, but it's absolutely fantastic! My mom got a pedicure while I got myself a manicure, and the people that worked there were so nice and kind. They did a really professional job on my nails, with little dolphin and ocean designs, and they did a great job on my mom's feet. Her feet are a little cracked, and they have been historically neglected, so they really made her feet feel soft and smooth again. (No offense, mom.) We live in Idaho, so it's worth the drive to Ontario, Oregon for good prices, and good service. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone who wants a nice spa day for their nails. The staff was nice to talk to, and they had a wide variety of nail polish designs. It was really fun for a mother-daughter day. It was pretty much perfect; relaxed and happy. read more

I went in on Monday December 16th. I made an appointment and was ignored. When I was helped I needed a gel fill and paid the extra for gel instead of acrylic. As of today, my "gel polish" peeled off. For one, that shouldn't happen in 5 DAYS!! And for two, that only happens with acrylic nail polish, not gel. I went to cosmetology school and was able to study nails on the side so I KNOW only acrylic nail polish peels. Gel does not. This is my second time getting messed up nails too! read more

My first experience, I checked hours online and saw they closed at 6:30. I got there at 5 and they said they didn't have time. I asked if they closed at 6:30 and they said yes but they were leaving early today. Ok. It happens, but the business model rubbed me the wrong way. They're the only place in town so the second time I go, I asked if I could do SNS French manicure and a regular pedicure. They said they don't do SNS just gel so I said sure that's fine. She does my toes and they look great. The other woman starts my manicure with red polish and I said "oh wait I wanted to do a French manicure on my fingers" and she said "no this goes with your toes" and I said "well I was really going for the French tip style" and she said "no this looks better" and continued to paint my nails burgundy. I'm at fault too because I didn't stand up for myself but now I have burgundy nails that won't match my dress for my engagement photos tomorrow. Very disappointing. Absolutely hated this place. Nothing is sanitized. Very rude people. The lady even cut my finger. No apology or anything. As soon as I walked out of the salón my nail became ruined because the lady did not allow the nail polish to dry correctly. She seemed absolutely rushed and my nail came out ugly. They are not very professional. I had an appointment at 3:00. While waiting patiently to be acknowledged, 2 people came in as walk ins and 1 person with an appointment at 3:30 came in. All of them were taken back and no one said a word to me. I was totally ignored so I just left without a pedicure. They take cash only and are not very clean anyway. Terrible hygiene in this salon. They do not disinfectant their implements between clients. They just throw them in a drawer and keep using them all day on everyone that comes in. Totally against state regulations! I would never have a service done in this salon again. read more
