Have tried complaining once and got nowhere, no apology, no replacement meal, no refund. Decided to give them one more chance tonight, against my better judgement. Again the doner and the chicken were cold and dry and they also forgot the chilli sauce which is the only thing that makes it the slightest bit palatable. The second worst kebab shop I have been to in over 40 years.
