When I came in to order, the employee serving me was visibly frowning the entire time and even whispered something to the manager while I was standing there, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I received my coffee, I didn't respond verbally, and the employee loudly said "you're welcome!!" in a sarcastic tone -- making the whole interaction unnecessarily awkward and rude. I usually don't mind if staff are having an off day, but the attitude and lack of basic courtesy really stood out. It made the visit feel unwelcoming, which is disappointing for a local coffee shop that should be a warm and friendly space.

The price is just as good compared to others in the area, and the food is gorgeous! I usually get chicken chow mein, curry sauce, chips, and egg fried rice! The best thing to order is Crispy Pork Cantonese Style... I promise you won't be disappointed! I'm hooked on that stuff! I only gave four stars because currently they do not deliver which can be a pain when you're tucked up in the warm & have to go out to collect it.... I tend to get it on the way home from work, phone them first so you know it's ready for when you get there - they are happy to do that for you.
