Ordered an ice cream with hot chocolate fudge but was told I couldn't have the chocolate fudge because they had already packed it away. We asked what time they closed, to which the girl serving us turned to her manager to ask (who was texting on her phone behind the counter with her phone plugged in and charging on the counter ... Hygiene issue?) ... Texting manager said they were closing at 10pm but were hoping to get out of there by 9:30pm. The girl serving me had no idea about anything in the shop, including prices when asked, then she under charged me. Whoever owns this place needs to find new staff before they put they them out of business.
