We have been using Happy Tails Pet Sitting services now for around 3 years. Words cannot express how protective we are of our Border Collie, Ling Ling. We use the pet walking services Monday through Friday for our girl's mid-day walk. We have also used the Pet Sitting services when on vacation or out of town. Courteney is our walker and sitter. She happily tolerates our perhaps neurotic concerns for Ling Ling's happiness and care. Courteney will give me regular updates when we are out of town and will even text me photos of our little girl. I have been using Happy Tails services for a few years and it saddens me to have to move away and that we will no longer have our dog sitter Sabrina take care of our "fur babies" when we are away. Before Happy Tails, we used to board our dogs and they hated it! When we picked them up they would whine and carry on. When Sabrina from happy tails came into the picture it was like a dream come true. They loved her, and no whining when we got back from our trips. We even felt so comfortable after a while that we left them one time for 3 weeks and they were totally fine, it was like we didn't leave. My husband and I were nervous about leaving our babies for the first time with a pet sitter, but the moment Terri walked in for the meet and greet, we were sold. Terri was INCREDIBLY amazing and our dogs loved her instantly. We have one pup that is a little skittish around new people and he was by her side the entire time she visited, then he whined at the front door after she left. I knew they would be perfectly fine while we were away. When we returned from our trip the dogs had clearly been well taken care of and Terri sent us text messages and photos daily so we had no worries while we were gone. I have booked Terri for two additional trips and I'm so happy that we can count on her. I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to have someone that loved animals as much as she does watch our babies. I would highly recommend Terri if you live on the east side. I asked Happy Tails Pet Sitting to do overnights and drop-ins for seven nights in order to take care of my two dogs and three cats. My dogs are very skittish and become anxious when we leave town, so I was worried about leaving them for such a long time. Courteney Littlepage came to my home and went over paperwork a day before we left and a get a key to my home. Courteney was very professional, prompt for our appointment, and very much at ease with all my animals. They seemed to sense her relaxed demeanor and could not get enough of her love. Additionally, both of my dogs take allergy pills twice per day, and this too was no problem for Courteney. During my absence I checked in with Happy Tails to ensure all was well, and was always reassured that everyone was doing well. When we returned home after eight days, my plants were well taken care of, my animals were in great shape, and I could not be more satisfied with Happy Tails! AMAZING!! I am very particular about who I trust my dogs to (as I am sure most of us are) and these ladies were incredible. They are professional and thorough. The come and do a meet and great prior to the dates the sitting services are needed and ensure they are well versed on the needs of your pets. Their rates are reasonable and comparable to a boarding facility except your dogs get to stay at THEIR home! Sabrina was fantastic as one of my dogs needed emergency vet care while I was gone and without missing a beat the ladies informed me, had my boy at the vet and all was well. I highly recommend them!! Happy Tails has been like family to my dog and I for two years. I work very long hours and some days I would work later than planned. Courteney would gladly stop by and let my dog out if I was late coming home. Because of Courteney I was able to focus on school and work and not worry if my dog was ok while I was gone. Oliver loves Courteney so much that he stands by the front door on her off days thinking she will walk through at any moment. She gives updates/pics and notices when my dog isn't feeling well. I don't know what we would have done without Happy Tails! They made it so much easier to travel. Once you have the initial meeting, it is so so easy to schedule visits. You just have to fill out one short form and they email you back within 24 hours with the estimate. I love that my kitty gets to stay at home where she is comfortable and not stuck in some strange place that would stress her out to no end.
