I can't say enough good about Happy Trash! They can make your need for a roll off dumpster such an easy process. They deliver the construction dumpster in a very timely manner, place it where it would best suit the needs and very affordable price! I would definitely consider their package deals and discounts if I was in need of the roll off containers on a more consistent basis. My first experience with this process, and I can say this was a comfortable process!! The gentleman that delivered the dumpster, got to know me and know that I live with MS. I still do what I do, although challenged at times. He and I worked together, and got done what needed to get done, and our job was up and moving again!!! I say thank you to this company! read more

This review is long overdue as I used their services in the later half of 2019, sorry Happy Trash. It was my first time needing a container of this magnitude and I can describe my experience as simple, helpful, and professional. I spoke with two employees and it started with Christina, who from our first phone conversation made the process seamless as she walked me through what they would and would not take, setting up an appointment, the delivery /pick up of the container, and promptly providing me a receipt once my payment was processed. The other employee, was a gentleman by the name of Josh who delivered and picked up the container. I just have to say Kudos on his ability to reverse and rolling in the container into a neighborhood driveway with a grass median, he parked the container perfectly and there was not one scratch to the concrete! He picked up the container just as carefully and was very polite and talkative throughout. Happy Trash makes Happy Customers, Thank you! read more

Our bill has gone up 50% over the past 3 years. They miss pickups regularly, when you call to get…read morethe bill adjusted they only change it by a few dollars. When I finally had enough and called to cancel, they informed me I was locked into a 36 month contract and would be required to pay out the rest of the contract. In order for my contract NOT to auto-renew I had to give more than 60 days but less than 180 days notice. As soon as I gave notice to not renew, my bill went up AGAIN! And they started calling me continuously trying to talk me out of canceling. I've never dealt with a more slimy, conniving, dishonest company.

Of course, initially I called the toll free number to schedule our ABF order…read more But when the guys in Lubbock (which was the closest ABF service center to Hobbs, NM) called me the following week before our trailer would be dropped off, I was pleasantly surprised with their service. It's difficult enough packing your entire house into one semi trailer much less in just a few days for a transit of well over 1,000 miles (destination = Los Angeles, CA). This service center was very accommodating, though. They stated that they make drop-offs and pick-ups only on Tuesday and Thursday in Hobbs. So regardless of what the representative may tell you on the phone, they do not know clearly how all of the service centers operate. TIP: Call the service centers that you know will be handling your shipment as soon as posible to get all the details that you can about arrival and departure times. They cannot give you exact times, but estimates. I was very satisfied with my dealings with the Lubbock ABF service center. They did exactly what they promised. They also shared their suggestions with me about what to do when we arrived in L.A. (even though I had already read over this information via email and the ABF website). Total cost for using their services for the entire trip: $2,669 (11,200 lbs.). Compare that to the $10,000 ESTIMATE that I received from a full service moving company. I highly recommend ABF to anyone who is mindful of their budget. Review #75

I've rented roll off's at other companies in Lubbock and their services has been poor. One place tried to change the price the quoted me after they delivered the dumpster. I then rented a dumpster from Happy Trash last month. They were awesome. Fast, friendly, fair pricing, and really made me feel like it was not just about the money, but that they care about my business needs. Will use them only from now on. We trusted this company to dispose of a consumable product that was recalled by the maker. Soon after pick up we found the product being sold on social media putting people at risk.
