Our bill has gone up 50% over the past 3 years. They miss pickups regularly, when you call to get…read morethe bill adjusted they only change it by a few dollars. When I finally had enough and called to cancel, they informed me I was locked into a 36 month contract and would be required to pay out the rest of the contract. In order for my contract NOT to auto-renew I had to give more than 60 days but less than 180 days notice. As soon as I gave notice to not renew, my bill went up AGAIN! And they started calling me continuously trying to talk me out of canceling. I've never dealt with a more slimy, conniving, dishonest company.
