I don't know how the workers keep track of the different tiers of weed that they sell from the select plus to the classic to the classic plus to the classic select. Anyway I went there to get the classic bargain eight jars for $200 plus tax recreationally that usually works out well unless you pick some thing that's a classic plus well then you have to substitute it for a classic can you figure that out or is that math to you also I'm 68 and it's a pain in the ass to get to that location as much as I do like The weed. anyway, today I ordered the select: paid the 47.50 for the select but I got the 32.50 classic ...and the day I go driving all the way down there to get my credit will probably be a hot day in hell. I was able to get the GMO skittles as a classic 37.50 but not the permanent marker. also 37.50 I have no idea why?? its the exact classification -just to put me through changes after you've lured me there by text and emails? I made the dreadful long trek and again I'm pissed. I've spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at this place since its opening. I am a regular, often buying the Max alloted amount. I purchased a $50 vape cartridge and it was defective. Didn't work whatsoever. I returned it to get a replacement and was told by the short female Manager with the dyed hair and nose ring that I could only get 50% off of a replacement because I exceeded their 4 day return policy. I could understand this policy if I had changed my mind about the purchase. This was not the case. I was sold a defective garbage product that I had just opened the previous night. The manufacturing defect was confirmed by the manager. So let me get this straight: If I were to purchase several vape cartridges, I must open every single one of them within 4 days to make sure all of them aren't defective? Is your policy to drive away good, repeat customers and out your business thousands of dollars in order to screw me out of $25? I don't care about the money, it's the principle. You don't stand behind your products? Maybe this is the new normal these days as far as common sense customers service? Just another Massachusetts club bait and switching headies for bammers. Bought a mug that was completely purple on the display, and was clearly not the same weed I got (my nugs were all green). Their testing is listed as a spread (aka 16-21%) so you pretty much just point and pray that you're getting a good batch. Concentrates you also have to watch, they have live hash rosin listed for less expensive than bubble hash, which shouldn't be the case because yields are lower on live hash rosin. Most likely it's being run from trim or cured flower. read more

I have never had a bad experience at Happy Valley. All the staff from security at the door to the sales are always friendly and pleasant. Their bud tenders are knowledgeable and patient. The product and prices are competitive with other dispensaries on the north shore. Sure sometimes the flower is dry, but I have experienced that at other shops as well. It still works. If you're a regular cannabis user I suggest seeing if you're eligible for medical. You save SO much on tax. read more

I can only speak to my experience buying one product today, but it was an impeccably smooth process and everyone was SO kind that it feels worth noting. While I muddle through neurology appointments and insurance claims, vape cartridges are my best medicine against chronic migraine, so the fact that the website was easy to use, the confirmation was quick, and the staff was great means a lot to me. I was able to order, drive there, get in, and get out all in 30 minutes. Whole staff was masked, gloved, and helpful, sanitizer was everywhere. Security even seemed sympathetic to my wearing sunglasses (y'know, migraine) when confirming my identity. I had to update my two stars because now it's one... this place has continually dissapointed in quality product pricing and customer service. Those who rate this place highly have no experience in dispensary... as someone who worked in the first dispensary's in the Country and was a customer of some of the first and best dispensary's this place is a joke. They are the Apple store of weed but without the product. Their quality in no way is what they display in their shiny glass cases. I've bought product that was dirt and dry for flower, I've bought gummies that did absolutely nothing, I've bought cartridges so harsh, leaky, and disappointing I couldn't finish them, and I've bought harsh that was like mediocre flower at a good dispensary in Denver. This is awful. You are paying for paying because their packaging is not only bad for the environment but an all around hassle to deal with/ this isn't a dispensary, it's a business and they do not care to help you. Any good reputable business would back their product and return our money or give you an offer on another product more suitable for you.... after hundreds of dollars, too much cardboard, awful product, and a customer service that finds every excuse in the book instead of actually treating you with customer service ... well I think the drive to greener pastures and happier valleys is in my future. Took a nice long weekend with some friends to do some sightseeing..We decided to check out the dispensary to see what it was all about. Took us a little bit to find the place since it was hidden back in a somewhat type of industrial park. The guys at the entrance of the store that took your ID they were friendly very nice. They sent us in and it's like walking into a very aesthetically clean store.... everything is displayed well so that it doesn't seem so overwhelming to decide what you want. The young man that helped us very very friendly knowledgeable took his time with us and was very patient when we asked a lot of questions. We picked out our purchases go to pay for it and they hand us this bag filled with all our goodies. All I can say is that we were very happy with our purchases but as we sat there and looked at the packaging that everything came in we realized that's why everything cost so much. I've been to Colorado I get it each state is different but I noticed in Colorado they don't put as much into the packaging as your store. It just seems like there was a lot of money put into the packaging and then it all gets put in one bag and then it gets put in another bag I don't need two bags!!
