Initially, I was not going to post this review, but I couldn't get this experience off my mind. The customer service was beyond unprofessional--it was outright hostile. During my visit, I simply didn't hear a question that the employee asked me. Instead of just repeating himself like a normal person, he responded by calling me a homophobic slur (the F-slur). I was completely shocked and disgusted by this blatant disrespect and discrimination. You should not have to worry about being subjected to hate speech just for walking into a store. This has been nothing short of the most disappointing experience I've had as a customer anywhere. The terminal kept saying error and the employee instructed me to try again so I did, then the third time decided to get the money from the ATM. When I went to the car and looked online I was charged the 2 times at the POS and of course for the money I took out and gave to them from the ATM. $127 essentially stolen from me at this point and no resolve since 8/11. I went back in right away, spoke to Bree she said she'd call me in a couple days. A week later no call, I popped in and asked about it but she wasn't there, I spoke with Matt. No worries life happens, she calls me a couple days later, is great and says it's allset to come get the money there's a note in the system. I go in today, the note is only for 1/2 of the charges that were made at the POS before I went to the ATM, Bree wasn't there so they call over Matt again. Matt was very rude and condescending , as he was the first time making me feel like there was no way she didn't call me, but he'd leave a note. This time he argued with me till I showed him my bank statements then he went to call someone. He came back and had someone else tell me now I couldn't get any of the money back now and to send the bank screenshots to some email on a business card who doesn't answer when called. I honestly just feel robbed at this point and I'm not sure why I've been made to feel in the wrong. All of the other staff was very kind, and it wasn't because he was delivering me bad news that I'm upset with how he treated me, as he had another guy tell me I wasn't getting anything back today which was obviously the most upsetting thing here. Whoever he was, was kind and understood that I didn't want my order today I couldn't keep giving money to a business that won't give me something that I'm owed and that it was very frustrating. It really is as simple as reviewing your footage and bank statements, and maybe having a conversation with the people you put in charge of a shift about how they're in a customer service job at the end of the day and how to treat people kindly and respectfully.
