We brought our pup to Paws & Pals twice so far - the first time was for daycare and the second time…read morewas for a 4-night boarding. Our daycare experience was great, minus some turf burns on his paws but our boarding experience was less than ideal. When we came back to pick him up, there was this "hot spot" under his chin/neck area. When I brought it up with the staff at pickup, they weren't even aware of it. The lack of attention to detail on my pup is concerning as you could tell it had been festering for a few days. I hate that I am now left with this uncertain and uneasy feeling about his care there. Major dog mom guilt :(
