There is often a queue, but they offer call back service which is very convenient if you stop by without an appointment. You leave your number and they call you back when your next in queue. Although, they are competitive with other big names locally, we are astonished at how expensive rates are for the archaic technology and disturbingly slow speeds available in Australia. The prices and speeds really are far from comparable with the rest of the developed world.
