"Oh, that's to pay 'Mr nnn' who works at the service counter." What? I've never heard of such a charge in all of my life! And you charged me to replace a part which I had just replaced? "Oh, it was worn out." (I hadn't even used the equipment since I had replaced that part, so I don't know how it could have been worn out.) Thankfully, they did delete that charge! Will I go back? There is often a queue, but they offer call back service which is very convenient if you stop by without an appointment. You leave your number and they call you back when your next in queue. The only reason I am not giving this location a 5 star rating is the pricing. Although, they are competitive with other big names locally, we are astonished at how expensive rates are for the archaic technology and disturbingly slow speeds available in Australia. The prices and speeds really are far from comparable with the rest of the developed world.
