I have had a total hip replacement in my right hip as well as a "worn out" left hip that does ache after being on my feet for extended periods of time. I also had Jackie work on my upper trapezius muscles and my neck. Again, chronic soreness and some loss of range of motion. Needless, to say, I was not disappointed. I worked out on Friday as part of my five day a week schedule with absolutely no discomfort in my hips and only a little soreness from the massage in my traps. I was there for Dr. Les and Melanie, then they switched to Reald who does great work. However, towards the end of last year, they gave me a bill for all the co-pays I never paid, even going back to Dr. Les because of "a mistake that took place before he(Reald) took over." I never knew I had a copay until last year when I got the bill. I paid them $673 after the "wonderful" $400 discount they gave me. It had been brought to my attention that they SHOULD NOT HAVE gotten any money from services they did not provide and when I confronted him on this on friday March 13th and asked him if he had given my money to Dr. Les since it was him who provided the service and Reald said, "well no, i havent given him the money yet."
