I have been going to Harbor City Dental for at least a decade. Dr Burnes is great as well as is all of the office staff and assistance. You know they're good if I drive from Beachside to get my dental care. You know us weird beach people don't like to drive over the bridge. lol I am out of network with my insurance and they do courtesy billing for me, which I greatly appreciate. That can be a pretty big risk for a doctor or dentist's office, as my insurance sent me the check that they should have sent to the dentist's office and I'm sure some people keep those checks. My dentist anxiety is off the charts and they are very accommodating and sweet. Dr Burnes is efficient, kind, patient, and tells you everything he's doing so there's no surprises. He kept checking in with me to make sure I was not having any type of sensitivity. would highly recommend! read more

I found Dr. Braille Watson thanks to reading positive reviews about her. I want to add another. I can't remember ever being so impressed with a new doctor from day one. I had a crown come off an upper implant. I saw another dentist prior to seeing Dr. Watson, and he said said that I had an infection and referred me to a periodontist. The periodontist gave me a strong prescription and said to return in two weeks. In the meantime, I did not like the first dentist, so I called Dr. Braille Watson's office. They scheduled me to see Dr. Watson within a week. When I saw Dr. Watson, she immediately delved into the source of the infection. The infection was connected to the implant and how glue had gotten under my gum. I am very thankful to her. This can be a challenge to find good doctors in a new area. I'm thankful that I found out about Dr. Watson. read more

Don't use this office if you need anything more than routine cleaning. They are very bad at explaining your treatment plan and how much you'll be paying out of pocket for the entire plan. Also very bad at sending records even though releases were provided and they even told another office I was not a patient of theirs even though they were the ones that referred me to there. read more

I had one of my best visit's to a dentist this week. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Braille Watson's newest partnering doctor; Dr. Charles Burnes, D.M.D., and I only have great things to say about him and Dr. Watson's practice as a whole. Dr. Burnes was kind, caring and he defiantly has a gentle touch (which I need because I am a big chicken when it comes to getting in a dental chair to have work done). I had a crown done from start to finish in about 4 hours (if you have ever had to have a crown done you know that you usually have to wear a temporary for a couple of weeks and go back in to have the crown placed after it comes back from a lab) but not at Harbor City Dental they did it in a day. I can not stress how great it is to not have to worry with taking off of work multiply times to get the work completed and the fact that the crown fits like a glove and looks great is the icing on the cake. So I just want to give a big shout out to Harbor City Dental for having an awesome job! Thank you for being my new dental home! read more

Dr Watson and her whole team are awesome. My family and I have been patients for several years. I've had a few emergencies through the years, and Dr Watson has always been there ready and willing to do whatever it took to get me through them with as little pain as possible. She will explain the best approach for your dental care and give you a future dental plan, if necessary. She is on the patients side for the best dental care possible. She can make crowns/caps in office. Her office staff, assistants, and dental hygienists are friendly and competent. An all round friendly dental care experience.
