Even when we were ordering our food, it was disappointing since they didn't have three different dishes that we wanted to try. We ended up opting for the siu mai, shrimp rice rolls, bbq pork buns, and wonton noodle soup. The bbq pork bun was great. The rest of the food was worse than mediocre and as a comparison, I've had much better dim sum in Vancouver and Toronto. They didn't offer any hot tea with our meal which is interesting since dim sum translates to "yum cha" in Cantonese which literally translates to "drink tea". They didn't even offer water. The service was not good since there was no service. This was my last meal before I got crazy food poisoning that lasted several days. I can only suspect that something was bad in their food which made me feel extremely sick several hours later.

When I was looking for a table, that's when everything went downhill. There were a lot of vacant tables with uncleaned dishes on them! Apparently, it takes twice as much time to get the tables cleaned out for the next diner than to take and serve their orders. The floor had water drips that needed wiping and nobody seemed to be interested in doing that! For their benefit they did put out a "wet floor" sign but it was truly disturbing let alone unsafe! I finished my food as fast as I could because I couldn't bear the sight of the mess. It was truly disgusting! I still cringe whenever I remember the mess that I saw. You line up at the counter, pick your favorite dimsum items, pay the cashier, then take a seat. The food did not taste fresh, but that was not the biggest disappointment. The service was so very very very slow!!! It was like the staff was in slow motion. So slow that our food got cold. Will not be returning anytime soon.
