I received one of their slides as a Christmas gift, and it came with RMR cuts that did not fit my optic (this our own fault when ordering). I called, and not only did they take the time to educate me on how my cuts for the specific red dot I have were different, but they had me send back the slide with my optic and had a new slide cut just for me and mounted the optic for me to make sure it fit before they mailed it back!
