Some items do cost more than competing hardware, big box, and online options, but you won't get the type of service this Do It Best store offers at those other places, and some things are actually a far better value. Their complimentary popcorn is a must! :) This hardware store is a bit out of my way, but I've chosen them a few times so far because I prefer how I'm treated here over what is closest to me. Plus, they have little shopping carts with cup holders. This is especially the place for you if you're a little lost when it comes to hardware. They make keys in a jiffy, too. The manager (B.H.) was helpful far beyond my expectations. He organized the shipping and was very communicative about everything. I wanted to give him a tip but he refused many times and later texted me a nice message: "someone came into the store with a T-shirt that said 'Kindness is Free'. That is how I roll." What a great guy and manager! I feel so lucky and happy, as a total stranger, to have been given this friendly treatment. Thank you. Then I needed a new door, I was being told to go to the Pro Desk. Every person I asked in each department, said to go to Pro Desk. Who the hell is Home Depot hiring? Time for some new people.
