First i ordered with London, ky and they canceled delivery many times, so I canceled the order and ordered with danville, ky lowes. Danville lowes delivered the wrong products. I asked for compensation since my order was finally delivered. I asked for the amount of the delivery fee, and i will take care of the discrepancy from the delivery with Danville. I was given the run around. Was told i had to wait until my entire order was correct. Was told that they cant give me more than $60 for compensation. I had to cancel my landscaping team twice, which cost me $100. Now, I am scheduling a pickup for the entire order and a refund for the entire order including delivery fee. Delivered today, after my original order on april 28th. Pickup is tomorrow.

I wish I could say something about their "Customer Service" but it is completely and totally…read morenonexistent!!! Went to purchase a new drill, needed some information and some comparison. "Employees" walked past, each time I tried to get their attention, they waved and kept walking!!! It took 54 MINUTES to find someone that would help!!! 35 minutes to Lowes; 50 minutes to Menards; 1 hour and 40 minutes to Home Depot....guess I will be driving a hell of a lot!!! DO NOT EXPECT ANY TYPE OF SERVICE FROM LOWES....except the type "service" a herd gets from a bull.
