Like a solar optional type of thing. I walked up to the associate Shannon, and asked for help. I didn't feel like she welcomed me and wanted to help me out, she would not let me clarify what I wanted and simplified her responses and pointed out everything in a very condescending manner. I felt like she wanted to get rid of me. I asked for her name later from another associate that she said hello to just before I asked him, he looked surprised and told me "I don't remember, I'm new here, kinda new" which really felt like a lie. I walked up to her and asked for her name myself. Many of the workers here seem to talk to you like you're stupid. Trystan from the garden department on the other hand was very very helpful and very nice. I was happy to receive his service and I think Shannon and the guy with the white mustache, balding head, and glasses need to take lessons. That second star is for you Trystan, rock on.

I waited 3 weeks for the delivery. I was told I would receive compensation for having to wait, but…read moreI had to wait till my order was delivered. So I waited, and waited. First i ordered with London, ky and they canceled delivery many times, so I canceled the order and ordered with danville, ky lowes. Danville lowes delivered the wrong products. I asked for compensation since my order was finally delivered. I asked for the amount of the delivery fee, and i will take care of the discrepancy from the delivery with Danville. I was given the run around. Was told i had to wait until my entire order was correct. Was told that they cant give me more than $60 for compensation. I had to cancel my landscaping team twice, which cost me $100. Now, I am scheduling a pickup for the entire order and a refund for the entire order including delivery fee. Delivered today, after my original order on april 28th. Pickup is tomorrow.
