Update: Here is the owner's response to my review "William we are just your home warranty service provider, and your claim was not approved. You are required to pay your service call fee in accordance with your Home Warranty provider. We did tell you to contact your warranty provider and discuss. But you knew you owed the service call fee and when we arrived to assess the claim you jumped into your truck and left us at the house, to avoid paying. Now you want to provide a poor review against our company." Choice home warranty does not require the customer to pay the service fee up front. If they dad I would never have chosen them because of horrible contractors like Home Pro Elite. I called Home Pro Elite and told them that and I was told not to pay until ACTUAL WORK was performed.
