I placed an order on line because this store listed the item in stock. I got a call later that day…read moreto tell me it wasn't in stock. I told them to cancel because if I had to order, I'd get it from my local store instead. I was assured that it would be cancelled. It later showed up on my credit card so I called the store and was told it had been cancelled. A week later, I called again and was told it takes 7 to 10 business days for the transaction to be cancelled. On the 10th day, I got a notice that the purchase had been cancelled so I sent an email to find out why I was being notified if it was cancelled 2 weeks ago. Finally notified my credit card company it was fraud and got my money back. Ace finally credited me for returning items I never purchased in the first place. The woman I talked to was a little rude. They didn't take any responsibility for their mistake and acted like I was being unreasonable for trusting them to have done what they said they would do. Never again !!!

They will not stand behind it due to being a scratch and dent purchase. 3 yrs ago I bought a Husqavarna mower that i got home and started it and the motor was knocking bad. Found out it was a return for a bad motor and the sold it again. That is 2 for LOWES and 0 for me. I will never ever buy from Lowes again. Lowes needs to act like an American company and stand behind their products

This store has a great staff and great service . However, on…read more4/8/21 no staff members were wearing masks. Indeed the state of Indiana now has a mask advisory not a mandate. One female staff member was even telling a customer she knew personally he could take his mask off! Then a long conversation ensued about how stupid masks are. This store should be setting a good example for the community and continue to encourage mask wearing until this health emergency is well behind us. It was explained to me that the manager was vacationing in Florida. I typically give this store high marks...but I was sorely disappointed that it lacked community conscious on this particular day.
