I went around a corner and one guy ask if he could help me his name was George and he was very helpful. To the young kids most of them are there to punch the time clock and go home end of story. Our world is broken. Although I like Best Buy I avoid for the above reasons. Maybe I will be lucky enough to have George help me in the future.

The manager called the agent a "liar." Also, the store will not answer its phone for store specific information!!! One is shunted by AI to a "customer service" person in Guatemala!!! Then, they have no way to connect one directly with the store. If I can't talk with a store employee, I will be compelled to consider a 60 mile round trip with no assured result. This s**ks!!! This is the single worst customer service experience in my 74 years of life!!! Don't buy from these people or their 3rd party sales on Amazon! You will regret it. Best Buy has no honor.

Forget all the other stores in Waynesville area. THIS is the one you've been looking for. It's in…read morethe old Frog Level section of downtown and it's wonderful. Packed with everything from clothing to housewares and some furniture. Two stories. It's the kind of place that caters to both the truly poor ( with a separate ministry) while attracting ALL income levels and those of us who are searching for that great find. I could spend days, literally, going through all the piles of treasures they have in this store. We go once a week looking for good deals and here's the thing about Second Blessings: They price to sell! The front rooms have little auction tags, which are fun to do, and often I just cruise the expired auction tags, which are then available at the initial bid price of $2 or something. And they're flexible! Also take advantage of their food room which offers breads and frozen items for any donation amount. GREAT PLACE! Tons of awesome items. A few examples of what we've actually purchased: Small couch, sets of gorgeous curtains, old lamp, fabric and decor items, wooden chairs, womens clothing, drawer pulls hardware. Way cool store!
