The bar manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. I asked her for area recommendations and she went so far as to pull out a magazine and circle her recommendations (including notes like "great pizza" and "go here then stop over there"). Sonny II aka the bum boat, used yo shuttle supplies to the lakers all along the harbor. And was a bar for the mens & ladies while alongside. A great seafaring tradition. Sonny B the sister ship is the water taxi up at PIB. Well for many years now at Ashtabula harbor the bum boat is tied up & open to the public fully licensed sit down bar. The owners are really nice. Live music, have a drink. Fairly large menu board too. I didn't know they had food tbh. It was great chili dog. As good & very similar to skyline. If u love shipping, history, music & dranks, and who doesn't in Ashtabula harbor, get ur arse down to the bum boat & have a blast. However, the last three times I have made it to this establishment, the bartender complains how many years she's been there and how miserable she is. She is not friendly. I tolerate her because I'm happy to be with my friends and the food is decent. Last night. After driving over an hour to get there. We arrived at 7 PM. We sat down at a booth and the woman bartender stared at me for almost 5 minutes. Never came over to ask what we wanted. Just glaring at us, and I didn't understand. Maybe she didn't want to serve us? Maybe it's a rule that you have to get up and ask for your drinks and menu at the bar? But when you're in a booth. I would imagine it's customary for the bartender to come over and ask what you want. Especially since there were only maybe five customers at the bar. It was a little embarrassing because I brought my brother for his first time. After waiting her out and figuring she wasn't going to come over, I got up and ordered our drinks and asked for a menu. She said the drive-through was closed. I didn't know what that meant. Apparently the "kitchen" was is closed. At 7 PM on a Saturday night. Wing night? $$$$ Oh well. We went to another bar and were treated very well. Our waitress was wonderful and I gave her a great tip. Too bad for a rude girl! We will not go back now. After all these years. Very busy place, so service was a bit slow. This establishment serves alcohol & food. The bar was a tad under stocked. My wife enjoys a couple of lime slices in her cocktail (vodka & tonic). They had no limes, but yet a full bar? I enjoy Southern Comfort manhattans, on the rocks. Our barkeep was unfamiliar with the cocktails ingredients. I told him it included vermouth, he informed me they had no vermouth. I ended up enjoying a Comfort & Coke! After our drinks were secured we started on the front patio, but soon retreated to the rear patio as several of the front patio tables were broken, and were unsafe. We also ordered food and it took quite awhile ( 1 hour+), for 2 tuna fish sandwiches and fries/chips. Again, we believe there was only one cook on duty and the place was busy. We enjoyed the rest of our evening here, particularly after the band began playing around 8:00 PM. All in all, a fun night with family in this GREAT resort town!

You go in, have a couple drinks, and enjoy an awesome magic show. It was phenomenal! Seating is limited so be sure to purchase your tickets in advance from Mark himself at the magic shop!! There are still tickets sold at the door if you happen to decide last minute on going. As of right now it's $15 a ticket but I absolutely would have paid double that, it was so worth it!!! I didn't catch the bartenders name but she was wonderful. She provided super quick and efficient service during the short intermission! There were a couple families with kids there so this specific event is kid friendly! It is of course a bar so use your own discretion and understanding of your children's behavior/ maturity. The ones there last night definitely had a blast though! There is a long bar with a lot of seats and then tables set up on the floor as well. I actually made a comment about how long the bar was and the bartender said it's the longest in the county! The patio is very nice with tables plus an outside bar. They also have a stage out there! As for cost, we don't go to bars a lot so I'm not sure if it was overpriced, a good deal, or average for how things cost right now in Geneva. I'll put some prices and you can form your own opinion. A green tea shot: $8, Jack and coke: $6, Tiki Torch (one of their cocktails- absolutely delicious) : $12 Overall such an awesome night!
