After a short search online I decided on seeing Bella Star at Advanced Health and Sports Clinic based on numerous 5 star reviews. This 5 star review can be added to that list as well. Beyond her wonderful, kind and warm personality was an array of knowledge, skill and professionalism. She quickly deduced that I had cervical vertigo which is related to neck trauma and not the other type of vertigo, which is related to the crystals in the ears being out of position. I had recently performed working tasks which compromised the neck area and then exacerbated my neck issues with an aggressive, rapid head movement in my sleep. A 1 hour appointment ,which included a thorough historical medical assessment as well as physical manipulation of the neck area was followed up with 2 - 30 minute appointments over a 16 day period. She provided me with an email outlining a number of self help exercises and suggestions to correct the vertigo episodes, dizziness and balance issues.As a result I am now vertigo free and with the bounty of reference material provided by her well on my way to regulating it in the future. I would highly recommend her should you need help with relief and recovery from vertigo or similar skeletal issues. Furthermore the front end receptionist Alex was a very upbeat, friendly and efficient colleague of Bella's making the visit even more positive. Another review said that they didn't get their full treatment because they had to fill out the paperwork and be assessed. I have never been to any therapist who didn't do that the first appointment. I think that I am served better by therapists who know what they are working with. I would send everybody and anybody who asked for recommendations to PBB and am very confident they will find relief.

The therapist was late taking me in and then spent more time reviewing and transferring the info into her computer. Finally, I was given about 20 minutes of mild manipulation and oops that's it for this time. With the portion covered by BC Health credited, I paid $87.00. Furthermore, the RMT was obviously inexperienced, so in all, I feel badly served by Pure Body Balance.

Since I am a university student, long sitting hours in classes and on laptop desk does not make my pain any easier. Because of such long sitting hours, my body adapted wrong/poor posture. For my back pain I took various medications, tried various exercises and did a lot of google search in order to get the best solution but nothing worked well. The Back pain was eating my time, my energy and also my studies were greatly affected. After starting chiropractic care with Dr. Norm things started turning well, in the beginning, I was little uncertain how the low force touch can eliminate my pain and help me gain my right posture back.
