I went to drive thru and asked for small size combos and they still ring up medium so they can get extra money. When you get to the window and ask them to change it to what you requested,the manager acts like he doesn't want to. Ring up what customers order and then you won't have this problem. I also ordered in the app. There was an option for drive thru or inside pickup. It was raining so I chose to pickup at drive thru. When I got there to pickup, I was told I had to come inside to get it. If all orders have to be picked up inside there shouldn't be a drive thru option on the app. My food has always been warm after ordering, so you have to eat quickly or reheat once you're home. The inside of the restaurant looked pretty clean. You have to wait on an employee to ask for jelly and refills on your drinks. Ketchup is available in the lobby. read more

I ordered the new SUPER BISCUIT.... But I ended up with a not super at all biscuit. Felt more like a biscuit off the dollar menu in comparison to the picture they have of what it's supposed to look like. They get 1 star for quick service though :/ read more

Alright simple dining in options are closed, drive thru is open. My order simple Frisco Sandwich only no combo, no special order, no drink. I have ordered this at other locations tons of times, but I never have experienced this. First red flag the box wasn't hot I pulled over into the Walmart parking lot and opened the box and got mad (hence no photo) it was two regular sandwich bread slices, bulky cut tomato, with cheese not melted. Drive at 8:42am February 13 2024, person taking my order was rude for no reason. First, can I take your order, turn around said hold up, then few minutes ask may I took your order, I give her part my order. She went quite few minutes. I said, hello, then she call me rude and I am talking to someone. I told no, I wasn't being rude. Yes you and good bye. I went to park to go inside. Complaining to Manger, they didn't look concern. Of all the Hardee restaurants I have visited, this one in Diberville out-does them all. Of course their breakfast is one of the best, but what sets this place apart from all others is the manager and the staff. Always a smile and words of kindness when we visit. I can't say enough about this place. They are an amazing group. read more

Came through the drive thru for breakfast. Ordered a smoked sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and a steak and cheese biscuit. They repeated the order to me. When I got home and opened the bag there were two regular sausage and egg biscuits with no cheese. When I called to complain ZACK, the manager, was not very nice or helpful, did not offer to make restitution, and gave me a number to his boss that went straight to voice mail. SIT IN THAT DRIVE THRU AND OPEN UP EVERY THING YOU ORDER AND MAKE SURE THEY GET IT RIGHT. Visited Hardees on !5 Jul 2018 with my brother. Employees were not very friendly. It took approximately 10 minutes to be waitng on while employees carried on a conversation between themselves. The food was not very good. Ordered 2 #4s. Food was greasy. Not very appetizing. Restrooms were not clean. Tables in the restaurant were not very clean. I pulled up to your Diberville location today at 6:45 am. Drive thru was busy so I decided going inside to place my to-go order would be best. I stood at the counter, only one inside for over 10 min and NOONE took my order. One lady was on the phone, no smile nothing would not even speak to me. Another lady was taking drive thru orders one after another as I stood there waiting for anyone to take my order. A man from the back asked me if I had been helped, I replied no and when he called out what I wanted still noone rang me up. Who knew it would be so hard to get a steak biscut and an orange juice on my way to work. I was 3 min late for work and still had no breakfast. POOR service and customer concern. To the cook who actually seemed to care thank you! Too bad he couldnt ring my order up. I walked out noone cares if you are there anyway...... 1 star is one star too many. read more

Cashier was friendly. She appeared to be the supervisor. The young lady bagging the food was good as well, but the young guy preparing the food was horrible. He threw my chicken strips (that were sitting in the basket when i walked in)in the box and between fixing my sliders he ate his own food and emptied brown juice from the container he took my meat from. I didn't notice gloves. Really. I asked for a refund. I will not be back. I was the only person in the restaurant and no one came through the drive through. This is an absolute terrible Hardee's. Yesterday for breakfast we didn't get a single thing that didn't have a problem. Biscuits that were overcooked and dry. Greasy hashbrowns. And a bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich that had all kinds of problems. I don't know what has happened with this location but it's one to stay away from. read more

Came through drive through for a milk shake. Told by employee when I pulled up to the window that I would need to pull aside for a few minutes and he would run it out. Again this was Just a milkshake! So since he had already taken my money I said sure. As I sat there I watched him wait on customers in lobby deliver food to customers in dining room but no attempt to make a milkshake! I got out of my car and went in and he looked up at me and said he was looking for a spoon for it, but still it wasn't made. At that point I asked for my money back. He yelled out to the Manager who was in the back in view where I saw him and he never looked up at me. He was busy making burgers. Never once came up and apologized or offered to hurry and make it. Worst customer service I've ever had. Cashiers were rude. Everything we asked for they were out out of ... no ice cream for milkshakes, no apple turnover then our order took over 15 minutes to be given to us. Worst service at a fast food restaurant in a very, very long time. Fifteen minutes to get my order. The burger and fries were barely warm and of mediocre quality. When my food arrived, I asked for ketchup since they didn't have any were customers could get it themselves. The employee said sure, no problem. She proceeded to disappear and a few minutes later I had to go to the counter and get the drive through employee to get the ketchup. The employee that had said she would get it had forgotten all about me and was doing something else. I will never waste a single penny at this location ever again. read more
