Friends and I went to get some breakfast here before we headed to New Orleans. It was easy to find parking. We were seated right away. The wait staff there were outstanding. I hard of Southern hospitality but they actually showed us that there. The food was good and the service again, outstanding. I would definitely go back to this Waffle House. read more

I've made this my go to breakfast restaurant after work at least three times a week. At two in the morning, service is great, the chef is awesome. Knows his temps, knows his egg styles and knows how to get it done quick. Always a good time and good food when I stop in for breakfast. read more

Stopped by the waffle house here in Mississippi. There's not much going on around the area and this seems to be your standard, chain diner restaurant. Nothing spectacular on the menu, but they do give you a good bargain if you're looking for quantity. The staff is friend, and there is seating for parties between 1-4. This is your basic Waffle House. No surprises here. We went on a Friday morning and it was fairly busy. Our waitress, Alex, had an exceptionally needy table in her section (who goes to Waffle House and complains that the hash browns are too greasy? Seriously?) but she handled it really well, and was very apologetic that she wasn't able to check on us as often as she would have liked. Her great service boosted this to four stars. read more

After a night in the casino- this Waffle House was the perfect place to grab some food for the trip home. The service was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was probably one of the friendliest and most attentive we have ever had. The cooks came and asked if the food was cooked right- which it was; and as much as my husband and I both like our food prepared special- it's very rare that we get what we order. The manager stopped by and checked on us. It was just a perfect example of What a restaurant should be. Would recommend this location to everyone and will definitely be visiting again the next time we go to Biloxi. read more

On Dec 23 2020 at 3:00 am i attempted to place a call in order at your 11 Reynoir St, Biloxi, MS location being that this one is closer to me.They never answer the phone, so i decide to drive over thinking they might just be busy but upon my arrival it might be only 1 guest (this has happened more than once).Once i arrive and notice this i sit in my vehicle and call the phone again and watch them completely ignore the ringing phone.On this day I decided to simply try another Waffle House location being that there was no answer.Whenever Tora is there she always answer the phone and is very courteous and polite.There has been times I decide since I'm here i might as well just dine in, Ashley is the most unprofessional worker i ever came across, she is rude and like to rush the guest.The other location I attempted to call was 1759 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS and guess what, there was no answer as well. This type of issue seems to be a pattern with these locations and makes it really inconvenient for some of your guest.I can definitely understand this if they were busy with multiple guest but in the instances Ive had, they were not busy.I literally had to call another location completely out of the direction I need to go in the morning for work to finally get someone to answer the phone.The last location I called was 10081 3rd Ave, D'Iberville, MS (3 times a charm).The young man that took my order was outstanding,I believe his name was Maurice (I'm not sure,he was at work at 03:30 am) Its sad the I had to contact 3 different locations to get service. read more

My wife and I were traveling through Mississippi, and with the Covid virus the hotels have stopped serving breakfast, so we went to Waffle House. The cook, Gerris, had just finished an omelet for a customer seated at the counter. It looked good so I asked what it was. It was a Philly Cheesesteak made with three eggs, old fashioned. Old fashioned was with the eggs pooled out on the grill and rolled up like a burrito rather than made fluffy and folded. My wife had a two egg with chicken, old fashioned. i love waffle house. i really do. always reliable for a midnight meal. i hadn't been to one in a couple of years, and my friends and i stopped at this one after a gig. i had, as usual, my staple of grits and syrup, with a large order of potatoes covered, smothered, and peppered. i can still feel the damage. the staff was fantastic and fast, very helpful. my only problem with waffle house- as a chain- is the smoking thing. can't stand the cigarette smoke. read more

I had no idea I could have the best restaurant experience ever in a Waffle House, but they proved me wrong! Upon entering we were greeted by the very sweet hostess who had seats available for us to sit and wait. Very short wait time. We ordered the all star special and it came it perfect and quick! The restaurant was spotless. To me, eating in a clean place is very important so I'm extremely picky about cleanliness. The restaurant was decorated with pictures of the staff. They had a staff chant that they would do when certain things happened. Overall wonderful service, food, and atmosphere. Waffle Houses dot the Mississippi gulf coast. The quality of waitstaff varies--some are good, some are lousy--but the venues are always a little unkempt, a little flyblown, and the menu is always the same. Although Waffle House offers sandwiches and such, it specializes in breakfast food. The food isn't memorably bad, but it isn't memorably good, and on the whole I'd call it a "Greasy Spoon." You can forget about healthy eating here, and the clientel is pretty low class too. read more
