I really don't know how this place is still in business. Went by to grab breakfast on the way home. Cars were lined up around the building. Thinking, ok, I'll just go inside. After standing at the counter for 15 minutes as employees walked past countless times and not offering to help.. (But the drive through was getting all the attention) I decided to go through the drive through myself... The only time I go to this location is early a.m. for breakfast. Love their biscuits. I am a pork chop biscuit with gravy fan. Wife loves the bacon egg and cheese. It's not the cleanest store. For the most part the people are friendly. The coffee is only ok at best. But I do go back so can't be all bad. read more

I like their food and their dinning room is okay when it's open. Took my family up there to eat breakfast at 10:00 on a Saturday morning and the dinning room was locked?? Shocking since breakfast is the only time I see customers there. I hate to give a poor review for a local business but open your dinning room if you want customers. I love Hardee's, but this location needs some work. We have tried to go 1-2 times a week for the past 6 weeks, usually for breakfast, sometimes dinner. We have successfully been able to get food twice out of about 9 visits. The following are what we are told when we pull up to the drive thru. -We are out of breakfast and lunch won't be ready for at least at hour (at 9:30am, this is the most common) -Our system is down and won't be up for at least 40 minutes -Our broiler isn't warm yet so we won't have burgers for at least 2 hours (at 11am) -Our broiler is down so we aren't serving any more burgers tonight (at 7:30pm) -My cash register just crashed and won't be up for at least 30 minutes. It honestly seems like some employees are making this stuff up so they don't have to cook. It sounds like the same gal every time we go. If they are telling the truth, they need to figure it out and get their store running properly. I get that sometimes things happen. But this is such a regular occurrence it just blows my mind. Been to this place several times trying to get breakfast before work. They are supposed to be open at five and yet at six thirty there is no one there. Was in line behind several cars waiting to order which all drove off, myself included. Employees either don't come to take orders or are sitting in the parking lot. Have seen this more times than I can count and not just at breakfast time. Food and service is good whenever the staff feels like working. Not many Hardee's left, hope this one doesn't get shut down due to not enough business because it would get business if the workers actually did their job. read more

Once again 20+ min in the drive thru only to get pulled out and discover no cheese on the jelly biscuit, receipt said it was supposed to be there. I downloaded Yelp just to leave this review. When to this Hardee's on jan. 7 2012. Placed my order and i order 2 apples pies. When I got home I found that they had not put the apples pies in the bag, so I call the store and talked to the manager on duty . She said that she was sorry and took my name, and told me that when I came back by she would give them to me for free.i had already paid for them. I asked if she was going to give me a refund and she said no. But she would give me the pie's that I had paid for for free.I live 10 miles away an thought that I should at least get a refund for them. Extremely slow response time. Typically due to being understaffed. In the past certain employees have been rude, but not all of them are like that. More times than I can count my order has been messed up. Usually missing napkins, straws, or something that I didn't order was put in place of what I did order, like a Coke instead of Tea. This morning I arrived at 5:30 to place an order only to find out that nobody has opened up the store yet. The open time is supposed to be 5 a.m. according to all the signs on the windows and doors, as well as the Google search. I wasn't able to place my order until after 5:35. I didn't receive my food until almost 5:45. The guy working did his best, but I don't blame him I blame the management for not keeping tabs on how this place should be run. Second time within a few months that I've gone to this location and received the wrong order. I ordered two biscuits and gravy with a large coke this morning. I initially was only given one biscuit with gravy. When I promoted the drive thru associate for the rest of my order, I found that she gave me a biscuit and CHUNKY, cold grits. I've lived down the road from this location almost my whole life and hardly ever had any issues before the last few months. Will not be returning anytime soon. read more

Arrived about five minutes after they are scheduled to open. Drive-through was not operating and there were multiple cars lined up waiting. The dining room was also locked. I waited for another 10 minutes as I watched others try to go into the dining room and then get back in their vehicle to leave. One gentleman said it was like this yesterday when I asked what time did they finally open he laughed and said I did not wait on them. On 11/11 I decided to give it another try. Ordered 2 sausage biscuits and after I paid they told me it would be 4 minutes before the biscuits would be ready. read more

Food is good but if you go through the drive thru , better check your order for accuracy before you get home. They tend to make mistakes.
