Pros: good wings, fries Cons: ice in soda did not taste good. Soda was flat and tasted like they hardly clean their ice machines. Barely touched my drink. Dirty , sticky surfaces. My family and I used to be regulars at WingNutz and looked forward to our Friday night visits. Unfortunately, over the last six months, we've noticed a significant decline in both the service and the consistency of the food. One of the biggest issues has been the constant turnover in staff. It seems like every time we visit, we have a new server, and the overall experience varies greatly from one visit to the next. The food quality has become very inconsistent as well. Tonight was especially disappointing. We came in with a group of six and ordered one appetizer and six entrées. Our fried pickle appetizer took nearly an hour to arrive. When the rest of our food finally came out shortly afterward, it was cold. To make matters worse, nearly all of our orders were incorrect. As longtime customers who used to visit every Friday, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We understand that every restaurant can have an off night, but this has become a recurring pattern rather than an isolated incident. We sincerely hope WingNutz can address the staffing and quality issues because this used to be one of our favorite places to eat in Fountain Inn. read more

Fun and relaxed atmosphere. Loads of tvs for sports plus pool tables and a back patio. The food is excellent. They have the small and meaty wings that aren't "slimy" like some of the giant wings. Boiled pnuts, salad and sweet potato fries are on point t as well. read more

Revising my review from 2 years ago because I gave them a 2nd chance and I'm so glad I did!! It's definitely come around and has become my family's favorite place to grab a quick, inexpensive meal. I've learned that Tuesdays are reservation only after 6pm for trivia so we skip that night, and weekend nights typically have a long wait, so we'll generally visit around lunchtime. Went to Wingnutz on Saturday afternoon for the first time. Walking in the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. We ordered the loaded nachos as an appetizer which was great, with just the right toppings and priced right. Then I had the PD Terry burger with tater tots and it also was great. The tater tots were cooked to perfection and not soggy. We also had wings that were garlic Parmesan. The wings were not great. I ate 3 and they did have a good taste but had Parmesan just piled on top and the other 3 were not cooked properly as they were still pink at the bone. I did send those back. This restaurant is worth trying, the service was excellent as our waitress was on top of everything and the food is simple and priced right. read more

Walked in at 5:30 on a Tuesday night and was asked if we had reservations, we did not. There were probably 10 empty tables with reserved signs but no one sitting. We were given a table in the back but as soon as we sat down we were asked to move to a different table. I asked why reservations were required and was told it is trivia night which starts at 7 pm. Rather than continue to deal with the confusion we walked out. Cheap beer, cheap meal. It's hard to find a place now that won't charge you $15 for a sandwich and a side. For $10 I got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was so good. Please Read the whole review. First. I was pleasantly surprised when we found this spot. Decent parking available, good location. Seemed busy but not loud or crazy. Our waitress was friendly and thr menu promising. The tater tots with cheese and bacon were solid. The wings I ordered were passable. My friends chicken bacon ranch was not great. The chicken was too dry and after 2 bites he couldn't eat any more. He's not one to complain so I flagged down the other server because ours was not available for some time. I informed him it was too dry and not great and he offered to have it remade. My friend asked instead for 6 wings and the server said no problem. 20 minutes later his wings finally came out. They were way overcooked... At this point I was ready to go and asked for the bill after waiting another 20 minutes. They had given a 50% discount in the sandwich and charged full price for the replacement wings. The waitress blamed the other server and I explained I disagreed but that didn't seem to matter. I will not be back. I will bever recommend this place, and am considering reaching out to the manager/owners. read more

My wife and I went to WingNutz to hang out and drink beer and play some Billard Pool and Darts. We didn't plan to eat out because we had made some Italian at the house. My wife decided to order their Burger and fries and have the Italian meal for lunch for work the next day. After my wife took a couple of bites of her Burger she felt something chewy. Lord behold the paper that separates the frozen from burger patties was still on her burger. We told the waitress and she took the meal off our bill. I live in Fountain Inn, and this place is practically an institution in this town...very popular. I have had burgers and other sandwiches inside the restaurant ( ordinary and not worth the trouble or cost) but the wings WERE quite good. After doing takeout wings 6 times I will never order from them again. The restaurant has gone way downhill, and the last order of wings was just terrible. Overcooked with old fryer oil, overcooked , dry, and they forgot to sauce the wings after cooking. The chicken itself is now of terrible quality...cost saving measure. I feel bad saying this as it is a locally owned restaurant, but I've been burned time and time again and the owners could care less about quality. read more

I hate leaving this review. This was one of our favorite spots, but the last 3 times we have been the service has been horrendous. The food, as always, was fabulous, and the pricing is great. When I say horrendous, I mean that it shouldn't take 2+ hours to be served and pay your tab in a joint like this. You shouldn't have to stand at the register in order to pay because you can't receive a check no matter how many times you ask. I loved this place, but 3 strikes and you're out. I really want this place to do well but their food really needs to get better. Although they have a lot of wing flavors, their wings have been dry both times I've been. Their lemon pepper was so salty they were not eatable. Their beef natchos weren't good at all either. Maybe it's grand opening issues since they've only been open a little over a month.
