My truck was towed here out of my control after I was in an accident it was 5 miles from where the accident occurred and their tow yard, first of all it was $350 just to have it towed, when I went to get my vehicle the lady working was very rude and when my fiancé tried to ask questions about why I couldn't drive the vehicle home, she got snippy and rude with him and another gentleman behind the counter threatened to get physical with my fiancé, and my fiancé was told to leave the property at which time the lady said to me and I quote "I was going to give you a deal on the tow service, but now I'm not" I do not recommend this foul place of business. read more

These people are EXTREMELY hostile and rude for no reason at all. The 2 male truck drivers threatened to "bash my f*cking head in" because I had to stop for a school bus and they were following was too close and almost slammed into me. I didn't say anything. They just got out and started threatening. Then when I pulled over for gas 15 minutes down the rd they were still following me and stopped and got out to continue harassing me. quick on time service by professional young man in a clean late model fully equip[ed tow truck. this truck was a flatbed roll off which made using all that much easier. i broke down on the side of the road on a sunday morning. dispatch estimated 30-45 min on arrival. truck arrived 30 min on the dot and all my problems were solved. great company! read more

If your vehicle ever has to be towed, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Commercial truck was in wreck on highway 316 in Barrow county. Evidently, these guys are out of Jefferson and have a back end deal with the county. Company was called at the accident and several times after to drop truck off at our designated repair shop. 2-weeks later it is still at their impound yard. Several lies were told that the insurance adjuster must come to their location. Adjuster was called and said he never said that. THESE PEOPLE WILL HOLD YOUR VEHICLE FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE TO RACK UP LOT FEES!!! AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COSTS! read more

The Worst. Hired these crooks to tow my car and quoted $65 for a 3 mile TOW, which was OK. What was not OK was after the driver loaded the car and got to the drop off destination, he then stated the tow would be $135 and would not drop it untill the $135 was paid instead of the $65 that was quoted. I then called the owner who was in agreement with this SCAM. Only after I threated to call the police did he then unload the car. BEWARE, BEWARE. These guys are CROOKS. read more

If there was a way for me to give a negative star rating, I would. They are the most unprofessional crooks I have ever met. Let me lay this out for you. 1. They pay their employees a salary of $450 a week + $150 for on call weekends. (doesn't sound bad does it? but wait) they expect their employees to work on call Monday - Thursday. So lets do some simple math... lets say they get roughly 5 calls a night that take around an hour and a half to do. (5*1.5)*4=30 hours + the 9-5 Monday - Friday (40 hours) so 70 hours a week. 450/70...that puts them at paying 6.43 an hour. 2. They "shake" vehicles off the back of the truck. (WRONG) shaking it off the truck could make the vehicle fall off the truck, damage the vehicle more and could damage the tow truck. 3. They're not DOT certified, which means they don't follow the laws and regulations set forth by the DOT when it comes to towing. 4. When they decide to let go of a worker, they just don't answer their calls and avoid them at all cost. 5. They pay under the table, so no taxes are taken out of their workers pay. 6. The woman, Pat, is extremely rude!! as in yells, threatens (a pregnant woman) and is just plain horrible!! 7. Oh, and also, Pat (owner's wife) post below is a bit biased.
