I called a plumbing company to replace a leaking pressure reducing valve (black left) but the shutoff valve (silver right) got triggered after water was restored. It was stuck to providing water only to fire sprinkler but nothing inside the house. The person left without fixing it, since he said it is part of a fire sprinkler system that he is not licensed for . I called John the next day and he came the same day. He tried to reset the shutoff valve and tried to push down the stuck part but to no avail. He ordered the part and got it replaced.
