I called a plumbing company to replace a leaking pressure reducing valve (black left) but the shutoff valve (silver right) got triggered after water was restored. It was stuck to providing water only to fire sprinkler but nothing inside the house. The person left without fixing it, since he said it is part of a fire sprinkler system that he is not licensed for . I called John the next day and he came the same day. John basically schooled me on valuable information a homeowner should already know if they have a fire sprinkler system installed in their home. John ended up installing a new fire sprinkler pressure gage and a pressure release device at the back of the house. He had a lot of patience with me following him around and asking questions. With his permission, I recorded his instructions. It was for my reference and also to share with my family because of my forgetfulness.
