I feel bad for the employees and am considering hiring some of the painters privately/individually because I found out that the owner, Dan, only cares about the money that he makes off of his employees. The painters have to buy their own paintbrushes, with no chance of reimbursement. It's a shame because they would be a good company if the owner wasn't so selfish. In order to have good employees, I'd recommend being a good boss.

I never heard from Ron (owner) and supervisor called at 6:30 that evening. way too late. I was very angry! again promised the best and got this painter who showed up and I swear if he moved any slower I would have pulled my hair out. He spent more time running back and forth to his house for forgotten tools etc. who leaves their paint brushes at home??? Another painter came 2 days in and if not for him I would still not have the work done. The work was ok not great! Would not hire again!

In fact, I think that, our restutant job take a week,so I waa very worried for not openning during work but, he told after looking our job that we can be finished within 3days.
