I needed an invoice from the place he bought the shingles from so that I could claim about $3000 in a class action lawsuit and he promised to get it for me but it never happened. I called him weekly for about a year and emailed him numerous times. So I am out $3000 due to an invoice. The supplier will not give me his invoice because I am the homeowner and not the company installing. Now the invoice is gone and shredded and he doesn't keep his copies of any invoices. I know a company is supposed to keep invoices for 7 years.

All work was finished sleekly and job was clean, he has shown good perfomance to me. We Stand corrected! He was none of these things and left us high and dry, to have to replace our brand new kitchen faucet and hire a plumber to fix all the damage he did in our house and we'll have to do a warranty through Home Depot to repair our leaky shower! We should have known after he had to cancel and reschedule on the very first day he was to start the work here! His excuse seemed legitimate. However, this was one of many times he had to cancel, reschedule or did not return our messages for days and even a week. He installed our brand new kitchen tap with the faucet upside down, and when he went to tighten it after the third time he dropped the set screw pins down the drain. Now we haven't heard for him for 3 weeks and have had to hire a plumber and had to go out and purchase a new faucet as this one could not be tightened without the specific set screw pins. Our shower which he installed in our upstairs bathroom is leaking water on the floor. Thank goodness we can go through Home Depot for warranty for this. The other items that he attempted to repair, were just that, attempts as he apparently did not know what he was doing, and every time he went to fix something there was a new problem that needed to be fixed! Our plumber that we hired also had to fix those problems! It was a comedy of errors, and Matthew just left us high and dry with all of these things that he broke and just abandoned the job, and did not return any of our messages or calls! (AFTER BEING PAID IN FULL)!! I don't normally like to post bad reviews like this but be forewarned if you hire this man expect him to be late, cancel, install things improperly, break things as he's trying to fix them and then leave you high and dry to fix them on your own! We couldn't have been more disappointed, and we tried our best to be accommodating and understanding after every mishap he had! After everything was said and done from paying for the shower install, to labor and parts and then having to replace the kitchen faucet as well as hiring a plumber it was in excess of $1,500.

The one thing we must say is that "ALL" of his team were happy, polite, friendly and willing to help us in any way. You don't see that very much with a lot of construction people, trades and contractors. The quality of work and the finished product were beyond our expectations. Highly recommend you keep looking unless your fence needs painting or something…read more Paid these guys 8K for various work around the house and after looking around and taking stock of the quality of their work, we got burned. We had damaged metal entry doors and instead of replacing them, they attempted to straighten them. Because of the warpage, even the extra exterior weatherstrip I had to install wasn't enough to take up the gaps and keep the freezing draft out. So the heating bills are way up and I have to replace the doors anyway. Thank goodness for Yelp because the BBB is so incredibly useless when filing complaints
