Can not get anyone in the local office to answer the phone so I have to go there in person which is very inconvenient. I met my sister there because we were told they would have a notary there. No one there was a notary that day. Was told a specific day the notary would be there, made arrangements to be there that day. Went that prearranged day-she did not have her stamp with her. On the plus side, (the reason for two stars) the people I have spoken to are nice except the one who told me she was having a bad day the day I called about my Mother passing.
