No one there was a notary that day. Was told a specific day the notary would be there, made arrangements to be there that day. Went that prearranged day-she did not have her stamp with her. On the plus side, (the reason for two stars) the people I have spoken to are nice except the one who told me she was having a bad day the day I called about my Mother passing.

Ive had Amfam for over 20 yrs. And recently switched to this agent. This is the WORST service i…read morehave ever received. I paid my insurance in full for 6 months and a few months after i moved 20 miles from the city to the country. When i moved AmFam taised my rates for 6 mths by$11.67. I was NEVER notified about this. When my 6 months was about to end i went to pay again and found out i was cancelled a month ago. Then to top that to renew i had to pay an addition $200 a month becuase of the break in my insurance. My agent did NOTHING to help resolve this and just transferred me to corporate. You will get ZERO representation from this agent. They dont answer emails or phone calls. . Save yourself tye headache and go elsewhere. AmFam lost a long time customer.
