At 5 pm I called again and reminded Cliff I did not hear back from him and he basically said I should call another plumber because his crews could not get to my problem until 2 or 3 days. However in a couple of weeks the leak started back up so I called this plumber back . He told me he would come and take care of the problem but after almost three months and multiple calls by me he has not returned to fix our problem. Every time I call he has given me a different reason for not coming at the promised time. We paid this man almost 500 dollars and still have water all over the carpet in our bedroom. One Plumber wanted to bust up the concrete at a price of $3000. Client took one look and said I think it's just a clogged drain and we can clean it out on the outside of the house. He dug down and found the clean out pipe and there was a huge tree limb blocking it almost completely. He yanked it out and the water flowed immediately. This is been an ongoing problem for me for THREE years. Client diagnosed it in 10 minutes and within 30 minutes had the problem resolved. And by the way all of this was on a Sunday afternoon. We had a home warranty company that sent their contracted electrician for two incorrectly installed…read moreoutlets in our kitchen. One for the dishwasher and the other for the stove. The work order gave a detailed description of the problem. We were told the warranty company denied the claim but we needed the work done and the electrician was already at our home. The bill was almost $600 for two hours labor, two outlets and two junction boxes. We've asked for an itemized bill three times but have yet to receive one. We were charged the two hours labor because the electrician did not have all of the parts for the job and we live in a rural area. The warranty company paid the service call. To make matters worse, the outlet installed for the stove clearly stated it was for camper use only and was not even an outlet for a stove. The electrician had to come correct his mistake. Fortunately, we were not charged for the second service call. The work was finally completed and is in working condition, but we have serious reservations about the integrity of this company.
