That is when I called Ace. Alex said he had never seen such a problem. He tried aa couple of simple fixes, but they didn't work. He then used an angle grinder and cut the bolt. He slightly cut the edge of the door. in doing so. He asked if I had some paint. The door was off white and I had some white primer. He painted the cut spot and then carefully blend the two colors so that unless one really knows were to look one would never know what was done to the door. He then said my two hours wasn't up and asked if I had any other items that could use his attention. I gave him a couple of small tasks which saved my from doing them. One of the issues I was a portable a/c unit that needed the exhaust system reinstalled. I was unable to get on a ladder. With temperatures in the high 90's I got used to sleeping in a 2nd floor bedroom that never cooled off. One unexpected issue we had after the install was that we have large south facing windows and there is one small part of the floor that receives intense sun/heat all day and this was causing the flooring to bubble just a bit.
