There were some weeks that he advised I visit 2-3/week which seemed excessive but I could definitely notice relief happening. Eventually I got down to once a week then as needed. I went an entire year without an adjustment at one point. The office is nicely decorated. It's kinda dark and relaxing so when I would go often, it felt like a break from my day. When I started seeing Dr Jay, I was 22 and sometimes could not get out of bed without help and now I recommend him to everyone who asks for a great chiropractor. Dr Jay is also the kindest man. I actually enjoyed our appointments and never felt like he wasn't certain which patient I am. Even after moving away and coming back, I went to see Dr Jay and there was no evidence he had forgotten who I was and it was like I was never gone. That's pretty important to me.
