These rebates are a major reason I've continued to do business with Menards, and having them denied is extremely concerning. What's worse is the lack of support from store management. The Assistant General Manager I spoke with was dismissive, appeared to laugh off the situation, and refused to offer any help or attempt to resolve the issue. Customer beware: if you are relying on Menards rebates, understand that they may not be honored. I will be reconsidering where I spend both my personal and business money moving forward.

He sold me a basic system which was all I needed and really wanted. He told me If I desired anything more at any point it could be added. Then I met Doug Dell who installed the system. Even though I tried to make his job easier for him to set up, he insisted on the best set up that fit the area of the installation rather than what was easier for him. Theyre knowledgable and experienced offering advice and plumbing knowledge for future use. I wrote down a bunch of tips about well tank, pump and filter care. I had Tyler Snyder and he was great. Promptly got everything done in a couple of hours after I snapped off some old pvc leading from my well tank to the whole home sediment filter housing. It was very old so he put in a new setup with pvc and pex from this century. Also hooked it to the wall like it should have been in the first place. 5 stars all around. We had a plumbing disaster last year around the same time of about 10x proportion and cost (I hope this is not an annual event), and we used Mr Rooter of Mansfield then too and once again they were phenomenal coming with a full solution. The owner, Toni, made my friend a good deal on the bundle. Toni goes here and there, including to estate sales all over the area, to pick out great finds for her shop. I left with a pillbox hat and two brooches. I was going to give the brooches to my mother, but I'm wearing one on my blouse and the other is on my hat, so... we'll see whether they actually make it to my mom. Toni even threw in one brooch for free. Oh, and that pillbox hat? It was like new. Tags still attached, and the velvet was so soft. I'll definitely stop by next time I am in Mansfield, and I wouldn't be surprised if my friend comes by regularly.

The pillow covers had normal wear-just like every time I brought them in to be cleaned, without a problem. I was shocked to be treated this way after 30 years of no issues. I will not do business with a company that doesn't take responsibility when they screw up, nor with a business that calls me a liar, when it is them that is lying.

However, they gave us a couple quotes in person that needed revised and said they would send the updated quotes via email. We never got them so we stopped by and realized they had the wrong email. We corrected that on the spot and they said they would re-send the updated quotes via email. They re-sent the same old quotes but not the new updated quotes. I called and told them they sent the wrong quotes and asked for the updated; however, they never came. I verified with them on the phone that they did have the correct email so that was not the issue. I was getting tired of the fact that I had to continually follow up and pursue them to try and work with them. I am the customer, if they are not willing to follow up concerning prospective work then I question their commitment to the customer and the product they sell. I do not think it is too much to desire good customer service. So we reached out to Cutting Edge Countertops in Delaware, Ohio and was blown away by their professionalism and customer service. We are moving forward with Cutting Edge, it is so sad because we wanted to work with Monarch but I guess they didn't want to work with us.
