She proposed an unrealistic appraisal of over twice the actual value of the property. I questioned her logic and she swore she had buyers lined up for this type of property. Later She represented another party appraising my property and showed up, unannounced and started taking pictures of sensitive materials and had to be told to leave by my staff. My business is not open to the public and she knew she wasn't allowed to be there. She is untrustworthy, sneaky, arrogant and highly self absorbed. She is a straight faced liar, a typical sleazy salesman. Dealing with this woman is a nightmare and she only has her personal interests in mind. I recommend not using her for any type of appraisal, and if her appraisals come before you, to get a second one and disregard any of her opinions.
