Well 2 hrs later he calls me an informs me that the car is no longer available because someone just came in with cash and bought it!!! I'm like why didn't you call me I was literally a stone throw away I would've given you every damn dollar in my account to hold it not only that but he didn't even have the common decency to tell them that I was going to bank an if it doesn't work out he could take their info an call them but no! I'm just glad I didn't already start the process because not only would we'd be out of a car but he would've screwed any chances of us getting another one!!! Not only that but during the test drive, I had asked if the car came with a warranty and he told me no, but Dustin the owner values his reputation, and because he has an up-and-coming business, he would honor it if anything went wrong. Had to take it back several times and every time ended up with new problems. They let kids work on my truck and i ended up having to replace the transmission gasket and the transmission lines they left rubbing against the harmonic balancer until they split and charged me for every one of their mistakes. They are shit. Clearly can't diagnose transmissions and are not honest about how they conduct themselves. They say they'll rebuild your transmission for less than $1300, but they don't tell you they're going to start there and work towards the cheaper solutions because they can't diagnose a transmission. This is a long overdue review. My bus broke down on the way from NC to CT. It's a 1990 Bluebird…read morewith a Cummins engine in the front. I called just about every shop in the area that works on diesel and all of them told me that they didn't want to work on it, a few people even laughed at me, said "no thanks" and hung up on me. Dave was very kind and helpful on the phone and said that if I could get it to their shop they'd look at it first thing in the morning. We managed to limp the bus over to the shop. Dave was still there when we arrived (it was evening) and he was kind enough to give us a ride to our motel. Aaron had the bus fixed by noon the next day. We had another complication as we drove another 30 miles up the road, and Aaron arrived as quickly as he could and jumped through hoops to get us back on the road. After that last hiccup, we made it back to CT safe and sound and the bus drove wonderfully. I've never had such a pleasant experience with a mechanic shop. These folks know what they're doing and they care. Dave even called us after we left to wish us safe travels. The competence and the kindness were truly overwhelming. It's one of those experiences that makes you feel better about humanity.
