My review is based on two services: Dry Cleaning - great…read morejob. They've always accommodated me if I need stat pickup. My shirts & pants are always pressed to perfection. The service is great and the employees genuinely care about the work they do. Tailoring- I had a pair of jeans brought in from loose fit to athletic/skinny. They did a 5 star job. I've also had several shirts done. My neck size is 17.5 which usually puts me in an XL. I typically wear mediums. They've been able to tailor my shirts giving them all a much cleaner look. I highly recommend both these teams at VS.

Not the best experience in the world. Decent selection and prices were okay on some items. Lots of…read morebikes. The problem is the inattentive staff who really don't care if you buy anything or not. We walked in and were basically ignored by all staff. Too busy on their phones and just standing around shooting the breeze. Felt awkward as soon as we entered because of this. Tried to strike up a conversation with one of the staff but was just meh. Was going to buy a suspension fork, crankshaft, and whatever else I could for my new bike build but we just left because it didn't feel like our business mattered. As much as I'd prefer to support a local business, I need that business to care just as much about me and its own business as I do. Sadly, I doubt we'll go back. No real reason to drive 25 to 30 minutes to be ignored. I can get the same level of customer service online since it was hands off, impersonal, and cold. Sad to have to leave such a bleak review because I was hoping to build a relationship with a bike shop near my new hometown.

From the number of times we were lied to at this facility, I must believe that it is not only condoned by management but encouraged. The staff will not communicate with you via phone. My family member's oxygen became unhooked and we had to call several times to get someone into the room to get it hooked back up. Then they lied to us and said that her oxygen was fine and she needed something else. Additionally, there is poor building design where some room call lights are recessed into the doorway and the nurses can only see them if they happen to be on that end of the hall.
