I also want to note they have luxury items as well such as purses, jewelry, perfume, shoes, clothes, etc. My boyfriend was able to find two brand-new sports shirts with the tags still on them for a really reasonable price from Alo and Vuori. We're already planning to come back, and we're excited to consign some of our own clothes as well. I'm so sorry that I forgot the names of the two ladies who helped us, but they were working at the front desk during the Labor Day sale, and they were both incredibly kind and helpful. I went to the Jewelry Studio to talk to someone about re-sizing 2 rings and plating another. It's a…read moresuper small shop so if they're busy, you may need to wait a bit. I was assisted soon after arriving. I asked for some feedback on the 2 rings needing resizing and why, as well as the plating. The associate was quite helpful and let me know the pros and cons or plating one of the rings. She also explained the resizing process. She had someone evaluate the rings and I was given estimates within the day. My rings were more beat up than expected so I'm glad they were fixed. It was a few days before they were ready but when I picked them up, they looked beautiful. Great job and it was nice that the process about what took place wa thoroughly explained.

Absolutely awful customer service and a horrible return policy. I bought a skirt here, went home and put it on, then realized it had a very noticeable hole in the back. Not noticing the hole initially, I had already taken the tag off. I brought it back to the store to return the DAMAGED item at which point the cashier told me they could not issue a refund because their policy does not allow. I confirmed with her that they don't allow you to return an item even if it's damaged? She indicated that's correct. You can find cute clothes elsewhere that may actually last you more than 5 minutes without ripping and that grant refunds when you purchase broken goods.
