They have multiple Sanghas and many activities for a broad spectrum of interests, all of them of very high quality. I like to go to the Sunday 5PM Awakening Heart Sangha, and always leave relaxed and with a clear mind, no matter how stressed I arrive - a great way to recharge for the coming week. I also like that it is multi-faith, non religious, but also integrates the Thich Nhat Hanh traditions, which give the place depth and uniqueness.
